Great family vacation the property was perfect. Short distance to the beach and if you didn’t want to go in the ocean there is a very clean pool. The condo had an amazing view of the ocean just breathtaking and everything we needed. Thank you both for an amazing vacation.

Wonderful view
We loved everything about our stay. The condo is gorgeous. The views are amazing and the host gives great reviews on the local restaurants to try. Communication from the host was quick and easy check in was quick and easy. Can’t say anything bad about it. Hopefully, we will be back next year.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!
This condo is everything the description says it is! The condo is equipped with anything and everything you would need to have a wonderful vacation, worry free! The condo has a wonderful view of the gulf and is quiet. Walking distance to several really good restaurants. I believe this was my fourth stay at Iron Horse and plan on staying again!

This was our second time back at this property and we already have our third stay set up for next year! Couldn't say enough good things about it. Well maintained condo with everything you need to enjoy a marvelous time at the beach. The owners have been very thoughtful about the extras- as simple as toilet paper and as significant as amazing quality beach chairs for everyone. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back!

We came to IRB with my daughter, her husband and their 2 children so the kids could experience the joy of the beach, the sand and the waves. This property did NOT disappoint! Best VRBO weve stayed in and one of the best vacations in many years. Watching the sun set was a nightly event! Loved it!!!

We love coming back to the beach house! The location is amazing, property is well kept, and the owners are so kind! The pool area has more loungers and got a nice little makeover! Our stay in IRB was great! The property is perfectly situated. Beach, pool and restaurants all right outside your door. The house had all the beach stuff we needed. It was great to be able to sit on the deck and watch the people on the beach and sunsets. I would recommend this property and when I come back to IRB I will be staying here.

Perfect Stay
We really didn't want to leave :) Everything was very nice. They place had everything we needed and was very easy to use. The room with the four bunk beds worked great for our 4 kids ages 3-9. Having the sliding balcony door open to see and hear the ocean was so nice while spending time in the living room/kitchen. We loved it.

Lovely beachfront condo
My husband and two boys (ages 20,15) spent Christmas week at this beautiful beachfront condo. From the moment we entered the space, we were enveloped with all the comforts of home and so much more. It was clean, tastefully decorated with comfortable beds and a very well appointed kitchen- they even had a crockpot- a rare find in most rental properties. The nicest surprise of all was the Christmas tree in the living room decorated with white lights, starfish and sand dollars. We appreciated that so much! The balcony is spacious with a gorgeous view of the small pool and white sandy beach! Walking distance to restaurants and steps away from the beach! We will return again! Many thanks to Gaarie and Elaine who were gracious hosts!

IRB never disappoints!
This house is beautiful! Everything is close by and it’s the perfect size for our family! Right on the beach and a private pool shared by 3 other units. Walking distance to several bars, restaurants etc but we never wanted to leave for meals so the well appointed kitchen and grill kept us at “home” most of the time!

Very,very Nice
This condo is everything it claims to be. Great location, well equipped, well maintained and beautiful throughout. The hosts are very freindly, attentive and responsive to any minor problems eg. the food disposal (garberator where we come from) was making a racket. The host was over in no time and removed a small sea shell. We had a very enjoyable 2 weeks with no complaints.
