This ground floor condo is located directly across from the beautiful award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach. At Pass-A-Grille the beaches are not crowded, peaceful with sugary white sand and calm warm Gulf water. Step just out the front door, and you are on the sand in seconds.

Updated floors, granite counter-tops, and stainless appliances.

--Large private master bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size TempurPedic bed.

-- Second bedroom sleeps additional guests with a comfortable "Murphy" style Full-size bed which can be folded away for additional space.

The living room and private Gulf-facing patio give a beautiful view of the water and the Sunset over the Gulf, and the large couch is generously big enough for a nap after a long day on the beach.

There's open air, shaded seating to enjoy the warm Gulf breezes on your patio, to enjoy your morning coffee or just people-watching.

The pool is located right outside the rear of the condo, with easy access in and out. There's room for lounging and outdoor dining.

Includes large flat screen TV in living room, TV in bedrooms, free high-speed WiFi, cable TV and stereo. All linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, and a few beach goodies are provided. There is not a washer/dryer in the condo.

We enjoyed our stay..3 nights..we did not cook and might add it did not seem equipped to do any major cooking..secon bedroom Murphy bed a little too small for 2 adults but the huge couch provided plenty of room for extra sleeping quarters..unit clean Tv worked well AC worked great..steps from the door to the pool or the beach and great restaurants..Grace a must to eat..only slight complaint was water pressure and drainage in the shower

The location of this corner unit is beyond perfect. Sitting under the porch, listening to the waves, watching people go by. Perfection. I would suggest the mgmnt company do a DEEP clean, noticed some mold in walls and replace the murphy bed mattress!

Beware the noise if anyone is upstairs...
the place had some mold in it. The furniture outside was pretty dirty -the cushions. The kitchen accoutrements were not very complete. Our "welcome" coffee was not there. The worst part was we could hear every step the folks upstairs took in their unit. The best part was the location was good. I'd not rent this place again nor recommend it.

Weekend getaway
The location is awesome for catching sunsets from the patio or making an easy walk across the street to the beach. And if needed a couple blocks down you can access the beach with a stroller/wheelchair/beach carts on the ramp leading right on to the beach. Parking was unexpectedly tough to find actually close to the unit upon arrival on Saturday - but a local explained it just is that way on the weekends and gets better during the week. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the beds and even the couch were comfy sleeping spots. Just fyi there is a unit above this one and if the guest have children or are rowdy you are going to hear their footsteps through the ceiling. But that is just how it goes where ever you might stay in multilevel/unit condos like this. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The vibe in Pass-a-grille is very family friendly, slower paced, very small village feeling. Great place I would stay here again for sure.

Girl's Trip Frustration
We love Pass-a-Grille. We usually use a different property, but it was booked. This place looked great. But a couple things made our stay here frustrating. The shower poured water all over the floor even though the curtain was inside the tub. The hooks in the bathroom were coming loose from the drywall. The back bedroom where the Murphey bed was, was always 10-15° warmer than the rest of the house. The window in the main room leaked when it rained. And the AC went out. THS was addressed and Brandon graciously moved us overnight to another unit. However, with our things and food stuffs in the hot unit, we had to spend a good portion of our next day in the unit with the broken AC until it was fixed. These may seem small issues but combined it was frustrating. We will probably not book here in the future.

Great location of the property! However, wouldn’t stay in this unit again… It’s not the cleanest….. Floors haven’t been cleaned in I don’t know how long… We take our shoes off at home so as a habit we took them off here and our feet were black!! Floors need a major scrub….. As does the bathroom…. Last guests hair was all over the floor and in the shower…. All baseboards needs scrubbed along with the blinds…. The bathroom light fixture and sink pipes haven't been wiped in quite some time either… Minimal water pressure in the kitchen sink and the shower head in the bathroom could use to be replaced.. The tub faucet constantly dripped… For the price we paid I expected a lot better…. Didn’t bother to call about the cleanliness as it should have been clean when we got there…. I had to contact someone for our code to get in because they didn’t send it… Will try a different unit next time….

Good things first. Extremelly good Air conditioning. Very big refrigerator. Lots of TVs and channels. Clean at arrival. Decently equiped kitchen. Friendly and helpful staff 👌 .Beautiful location. Lovely beach and magnificent sunsets. The no so good things. Few items needs to be taken care of. Ceiling fans not working properly, door blinds header falling, retractable bed 🛌 in poor condition. Range controls falling continously. Cheap shower head. Living area furniture is in really bad shape, covered with blankets so it can be used. There are four doors in the property and the security of the place is really compromise at night with no good locking door system. Those items can be definitely improved. The pool area is totally neglected. The landscape is in ruins. The overall appearance is just sad. The room was clean, but the whole thing is really runed down.. Will not visit again 😒. Expected much more at that price level. Which is a shame since the location is extremely beautifull and strategically located. This is just my honest review.
