Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8AM to 8PM. Outside of normal business hours we have a support staff that is trained to answer basic questions, provide rudimentary instructions, and offer suggestions. If there's an immediate safety concern or possibility of serious damage to the property, we ask that you notify us through the chat and one of our managers will reach out to you as soon as possible.
As a reminder, the toiletries, soaps, and towels provided are a starter set. We cannot guarantee additional supplies during your stay. If you are in need of additional supplies, please request them in the chat and we will do our best to get them to you as soon as possible. For towels and linens, we generally do not provide extras UNLESS your rental does not have access to a washer/dryer in unit or on site, and your stay is longer than 3 days. If that's the case, please reach out after day 3 and we'll do our best to get extra towels or linens to you either same day or the next business day.

Free parking in the driveway, maximum one (1) car per reservation. Parking is not allowed in the street. If you have a conflict with the parking requirements, please message us directly.
* Please note, we do not allow any early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning team adequate time to enter and thoroughly prepare every unit to our 5-star standard. If a delayed departure or premature arrival does interfere with the cleaning teams ability to clean and prepare the unit, we reserve the right to apply a $50 additional charge *
PET POLICY - Please note, this is a pet friendly rental. We allow one (1) pet per reservation. You MUST add the pet to the booking. We charge a one-time non-refundable fee of $100. Pets MUST BE 30lbs or less, and breed restrictions do apply (no aggressive breeds). If you do not add a pet to the reservation you will not be allowed to have a pet at the rental. If a pet is brought and not on the reservation, we reserve the right to charge a $300 fee and cancel the remainder of your stay without a refund. Guests need to pick up after their pets inside the rental and outside the rental. If the dogs goes to the bathroom, please clean that up. When outside the rental unit, pets need to be leashed and accompanied by their owner UNLESS you have a private, fenced in backyard. We love pets, but we need to make sure all guests are safe and the properties quality is not compromised.
As a partner of Safely Vacation Rental Insurance, all our guests are covered for up to $1,500 in contents and/or dwelling damages. While required, it's only a small nightly fee of $5.50 for peace of mind and extra protection so you can truly sit back and relax!
You give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
- The booking guest and one person in the party must be at least 25 years or older.
- No parties are allowed at all. If we get notified by a neighbor about sound we will ask you to quiet down. If sound continues to remain an issue we reserve the right to charge guests an additional $150 and cancel the remainder of their stay with no refund.
- Guests are required to pick up after their pets. Pets must be leashed and supervised at all times. Max 1 pet per reservation, breed restrictions apply.
- Guests have to adhere to our quiet hours of 9PM through 8AM. This means that no one outside the household should be able to hear what is going on inside the household.
- Every reservation comes with one parking spot in the driveway. Guests are NOT allowed to bring additional vehicles and may not park in the street.
- Any trash must either be left inside the bin in the house or taken to the curb and placed in a city-approved container. If trash is left outside the house anywhere else, we reserve the right to charge an additional $100.
