Sea La Vie is a professionally decorated 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach house that comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. This unique coastal retreat is perfect for families or groups looking for a luxurious escape near the beach.

As soon as you walk in, you will meet the airy entrance room which has ample seating with a large, plush sectional sofa around a 52 inch flat-screen TV.

The dining area is located adjacent to the kitchen and in the center of the home. A white wooden dining table seats 8 alongside a beautiful beachy chandelier. Enjoy fun moments with a new shuffleboard table and a quirky surfboard table with seating for four guests.

To make things easy, we offer a fully equipped kitchen that includes a toaster, blender and a coffee maker. The kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful cabinets offer plenty of storage. The backsplash adds to the fresh beachy vibe. A coffee bar has been added for our coffee lovers.

The kitchen island seats an additional 3 guests.

French doors by the dining area lead out to the large brand new Pool and jacuzzi, patio and private backyard which offer a gas and charcoal bbq grill and comfortable outdoor seating.

Each room is decorated in a sophisticated, coastal style and the open floor plan provides space for the whole family!

This is the perfect house for a family looking to vacation close to the beach.

The primary bedroom features a King size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and plenty of storage. Just off of the primary bedroom, you’ll find a full bathroom with granite vanity and shower as well as a washer and dryer.
The second bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 42 inch flat screen tv. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a 32 inch flat screen TV. Between these bedrooms, there is a shared full bath with tub/shower combo.
The fourth bedroom features a King size bed with a 52 inch flat screen tv and a desk for those who need to working remotely. Lastly, the living room has a queen size premium mattress sleeper sofa.

Unique touches such sophisticated beach décor, multiple areas to lounge offers guests an unforgettable vacation experience.

Important Details:

1 pet may be allowed - small and under 20 pounds. if approved there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 + taxes
Pool heat is $35 per day + taxes - at 85 degrees from Nov to April.
Spa heat is $15 per day + taxes - runs for 8 hours daily.

Travel insurance is a minimal investment to protect your trip! We stress the importance of purchasing travel insurance that would cover you in the event that you are unable to travel. Beach Time Rentals is able to offer you travel insurance through Generali (except for Hawaii and NY).

AGE REQUIREMENTS. We will not rent to vacationing students, spring breakers or singles under 25 years of age. The majority of the group must be over the age of 25, unless its a family.

Owner Spaces: Please note that the property includes storage spaces designated for the owner's use. These spaces are securely locked and are not to be accessed or opened by anyone. Spaces will vary in size depending on the storage needs of the owner.

Fantastic. It is in a residential neighborhood, so we had NO issues with noise or safety. Close to the beach & the beach itself is beautiful. The pool/outdoor space is inviting, & as a bonus, there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. I have HIGH cleanliness standards & the inside of the house meet those standards. We had plenty of pool & shower towels & the washer/dryer was a nice perk. The kitchen is sparse but does have everything you need. The rental company responded very quick for any inquiry we had & allowed us to check in early. I feel like the description of the property is accurate as are the reviews. However, there are few things I would like to add. 1. The room with the 2 twins is large enough for a pack and play and still leaves plenty of space in the room 2. The pool/outdoor space has recently been renovated, we did find it in need of a clean. The pool company came out on Thursday to clean the pool, which made a difference, however, the sitting area needed to be hosed down and scrubbed. 3. Our stay occurred in mid-May and the AC unit had trouble keeping up. The AC was set to 72 and the house would often creep up to 78+ during the day and not go back down to 72 until 4-5AM which made sleeping difficult. 4. We saw a few cockroaches and rats “playing” in the landscaping. This is commonplace in Florida, however, slightly unsettling to us from the North. All in all, we would stay at this property again & rent from Beach Time Rentals again.

Homecoming Family Reunion
Great location on Indian Rocks Beach that's a little over a block to the beach access, within 12 blocks of two parks and a library for the kids and all sorts of bars and restaurants around. The pool and backyard are great for family entertaining with lots of seating and space. If you plan to cook a lot during your stay the kitchen is somewhat sparse in appropriate knives, pots/pans, cutting boards etc, but can get the job done. I'd say be aware as well that there's a charge for flipping on the heat in the hot tub. They do note this in the listing, but somewhat fine print and in my view the heat part of a hot tub is something that should be included similar to a toaster getting hot when you press the lever down - core to its functionality. (I can understand paying extra to heat a pool) Overall really great and would recommend!

Great VRBO, close to the beach, great pool!
We stayed here for a bachelorette party. The house was incredibly clean and the communication was really clear and easy. The pool was the perfect size for the 7 of us and plenty of places for us all to sleep. It was right across the street from the beach access point which was great as well!

Everything was exactly as presented! The pool was perfect after beach days! Property was clean and well stocked for everything needed! Beds were comfy and street was quiet! Only a short walk to the beach which was perfect! Will definitely be back in the future!

I was disappointed with house, I spent $7,000.00 and the air condition broke and the third bedroom had sliding doors with glass no privacy for changing and it was right off the dining and kitchen area. When i called they said they would refund the hot tub expensive because I refused to use it the night I saw the snake, and they did not. The people called e and said welcome to Florida and that the snake wouldn't hurt me, but for me it was aggressive and came out of the trees with its mouth open. I hope the next renters do not have to experience what we did.

Great Stay At Sea La Vie
The place was everything advertised and more. The house was super clean. The location to the beach was a quick, safe walk. The pool was used at least 2 times a day. Allison was a rock star. Her communication, speed of returning messages, and follow up was exceptional. She is a customer service expert. I highly recommend this property. We are already looking at booking next summer.

Beautiful house and walking distance to the beach. The house had everything we needed, definitely enough towels which helps with having a pool and the beach. We did have a few issues with the pool/hot tub regarding the heat (that you pay extra for) and the hot tub draining to below halfway so we didn’t use it 2-3 days. We did get refunded for part of what we paid for the heat though. The rental company also sent pool people out to check it was working correctly. One morning the carbon monoxide alarm went off and we contacted the rental company and they had someone come out to check if it was safe and to turn off the alarm which wouldn't shut off. Same thing happened with the smoke alarm a different morning. Overall our stay was fine just had some issues to deal with which can be frustrating when on vacation but the rental company did try to fix the problems.

Beach house
Beautiful, clean home. Quiet location. Pool was not finished, but will be beautiful once complete. Quick walk to Indian Rock Beach. Indian Rock beach is a very nice, quiet beach. If you want to head over to Clearwater, it is a short drive to the beach and downtown area. Downtown Clearwater has great restaurants and shops. Clearwater Beach has chair, umbrella and cabana rentals. Lots to do, parasailing, jet ski & boat tours, etc. Worrh checking out the area.

Sea La Vie was the perfect house for our family. We loved the location, in between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach. We enjoyed visiting the area beaches and restaurants. Indian Rocks Beach, although not a great lay out, spend the afternoon beach, is 20 steps across the street. This beach is beautiful for walking, sunrises and sunsets! Nothing more beautiful and relaxing.
