This location is perfect ! Walk or Bike to town to find many quaint shops , restaurants , Breweries and beaches.

The resort offers 2 pools, a hot tub, huge fishing pier, and the popular on-site Marker 8 Tiki Bar Restaurant (with a full menu ) and Live music !

The master bedroom has a Queen bed with a Balcony, TV , dresser and a large closet. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, new kitchen island and kitchenette featuring a two burner stove, microwave, coffee maker , a Keurig, and a toaster confection . This lovely condo is the perfect getaway !

Great place
This place was very clean & I’m a neat freak. Location perfect, close to everything & cute town. Water pressure & hot water great. Our only let down was the the hot tub has been out of service since the hurricanes & this is something that should have been disclosed. We would definitely stay here again.

We were looking for a resort stay on the Gulf coast and staying here for 5 nights offered every every thing we hoped for....tiki bar on the water with the most beautiful sunsets, swimming pools, restaurant and the most friendly staff! They were all great! Would highly recommend and will be going back.

The condo was very nice and clean. The property wasnt dirty but the restaurant/tiki bar trash smelled bad walking through the parking lot to the elevator. The properry was right on the gulf with beautiful sunsets every night.

We had a great time! Everything was clean and just like the pictures. We were able to rent bikes nearby and bike to Honeymoon Island State Park and out to Clearwater. Beautiful sunsets every night!

It was the right size for just a couples weekend- and Dunedin couldn’t have been more charming as always. Loved the two small balconies next to the bamboo with a water view. We’ll return!

Good location, great getaway
Dunedin beaches and downtown area are worth visiting. Great restaurants downtown and nearby. The condo, although older was very clean, well furnished and quiet. Nice outdoor balcony patios and well equipped kitchen was a plus. The check in and check out process was efficient. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Great place for getaway for two. Bright, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Easy access to Dunedin restaurants, and Gulf area. Nice green view of bamboo and pines off the balconies with side view of water.
