**Walking distance to Downtown Dunedin which is just under 1 mil. Rear balcony has partial waterfront view for your morning cup of coffee. There are 2 very nice pool and hot tub right on the water where you can watch the sunset! The complex features the fabulous waterfront Marker 8 TiKi bar that offers food, beverages…

** Jolley Trolley Bus stop is outside of the entrance.

** 3 minutes to Downtown Dunedin, that offering open air markets, shops, restaurants and breweries. Jolley Trolley Bus stop is outside of the entrance.

** 10 minutes to honeymoon Island and the ferry to Caladesi Island voted consistently as one of the top 10 beaches in the US.

** 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach (the exact time may vary on weekends and holidays). Clearwater Beach dazzles with impeccable beaches and inviting waters. Trip Advisor named it the nation's #1 beach in 2018.

** 20 minutes to the world renowned Tarpon Springs sponge docks, fabulous shops and restaurants.

** 15 minutes to the golf courses of Innisbrook Resort, home of the PGA Valspar Tournament.

**The Pinellas Trail is across the street from my place, there is a bike shop for purchase and rental. I suggest using the Clearwater Jolley Trolley for a fun and unique way to see Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and the surrounding Coastal Towns of North Pinellas, including Downtown Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Historic Sponge Docks- Tarpon Springs.

The property was as described and clean and comfortable the location is walking distance to downtown with lots of shops and restaurants, the resort had 2 pools and a small tiki bar on sight so a great place to hang out.

Great location close to beaches, shopping, and great restaurants! May made the check-in process seamless and made sure we had everything we needed, even checking in with us a couple times during our stay. Highly recommend staying here and plan to return again in the future.

We weren’t able to come because of the hurricane.
I have not seen the property. Our reservation was cancelled because of the hurricane. We are currently trying to get a refund, which isn’t happening very quickly. Maybe we’ll try again another time.

Getaway to visit family
Went out to visit our daughter and wanted to make a nice getaway for my husband and I as well. This was the perfect location. Walked everywhere. Great town. So much to do. The place was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely visit again!

Great little spot
We had a great time and this is an excellent spot. Not very big but perfect for two people. We will be back. Dunedin is a great spot. Walking distance to downtown breweries is a big plus

May was a great host and easy to work with. She checked in with us to make sure we were happy. Location was great and the Marker 8 Tiki Bar and Grill was a big plus. We've been to Dunedin many times and really enjoyed the amenities at Beso del Sol.

Great Location
Property was very well managed. We loved the location. We watched the sunset from the pool deck, and I got up the next morning and went for a run on the Pinellas Trail just across the road. If we would have been there longer, we would have taken the bikes for a spin too.

Nice clean efficiency room
It was clean and efficient, and hotelesque. Not much in extras, but it worked for two people as an alternative to a hotel during this pandemic. Dunedin is a lovely place and lots of spaces to walk and explore along the water.
