Sea breezes flow through the private balcony into a bright and open oasis accentuated by chic quality furnishings. This beachfront beauty has a gulf front balcony with access from the Master Suite and the living room that allows guests easy access to soak in unparalleled sunsets over the gulfs waters each evening. With this being a first floor unit, guests can take the spiral staircase to the ground floor and out to the pool and beach. This unit is in an ideal location being close to the elevators, assigned parking space and the outdoor amenities closet filled with beach items. You can access these areas from the spiral staircase as well. The complex of Reef Club has a plenty of outdoor amenities to enhance your vacation experience including: relaxing heated pool, hot tub, covered dining tables, grills, tennis court and sun loungers to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather.

Accommodations:
Master Suite features a luxurious King Bed, plush chaise lounge, TV and ceiling fan. Each nightstand has a USB port. This room also has beachfront balcony access. En-suite bathroom offers dual vanity sinks and spacious walk-in shower and a Bidet.

The Guest Bathroom has a granite vanity with sink and a Tub/Shower Combination and a Bidet.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1 small dog ONLY that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.

Parking:
This unit provides 1 parking space.

Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels.

Within the quaint town of Indian Rocks Beach you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shop, coffee shop, brewery and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge and a favorite for families to visit. It is just over Walsingham Bridge and the park features wild life such as owls, bald eagle, hawks, turtles and more. Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida grown citruses, juices and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
