My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here. We had the pleasure of getting to meet the owner who so kindly helped us through the check in process and showed us around the property. The place was lovely and exactly what we needed for a weekend in st.pete. It was walking distance to everything and we would happily stay here again and definitely recommend.

Property is a cute little boutique hotel very close to St. Pete pier and lots of restaurants and shopping. Each room is unique and there is also a nice pool in the back. We happened to be greeted by the owner who took excellent care of us.

Unique property and a clean, cozy room. Nice coffee and snack bar in the lobby area. Everything about it is vintage, in a good way. Great location. My only issue was that the portable A/C unit in the room was very loud.

We asked for early check in but it was not available for purchase. We expected to have a very clean room and it was not. Our room was very dusty and had hair all around. The experience was to be virtual but was not. That was weird and the ac was so loud we absolutely will not stay again.

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful old B&B converted into a little boutique hotel. The room was adorable and the common space is as nice as it looks in the advert. Host was responsive to questions and even stopped by to make sure everything was ok. Will definitely be staying here again next time we’re in St. Pete!

Place is nice and location as well, rooms are TIGHT and the fact they charge for parking in a place with space to park only golf carts is the reason I'm not leaving 5 starts, charging extra for parking is literally a scam.

I went to check the property and was very pleased to see a very strong building near the water downtown but up the hill. A perfect place to ride out the hurricane. It turned out to much better than I had even hoped for. Secure and quiet even in 100 mph winds while hurricane Milton raged outside. Owners and staff ensured comfort of all guests. Common area was great to meet other guests.

Someone had used our toilet before we checked in and left the toilet bowl dirty. It was close with some toilet mats piling messy on it. It was a long drive to get there and I had to use the restroom as soon as we checked in. Normally I wouldn’t take the room but this being “boutique hotel” with self check in and out system I had no one to resent with and it left me this gross feeling the whole stay. And the damn stain in the toilet bowl never went away no matter how many time we flushed. I was very disgusted. Thank god we only had to stay two nights. I’m never going back. Next time I will pay more for one of the chains.
