This quiet beachy studio apartment is located one block from the Gulfport Library in the heart of the historic Art District in Downtown Gulfport, FL. This studio apartment is located on a corner lot, lined with brick roads, surrounded by parks, and a short 5 block walk to the Gulfport Beach Park on Boca Ciega Bay with ample free on-street parking, and room for two cars in the driveway.

Spent 4 days at this rental following our cruise. Property was exceptionally clean, comfortable and close to attractions. We walked to the beach and downtown areas, dined at local restaurants finding Stella's, The Tiki Hut, and Neptunes Grill excellant. We had a great time and highly recommend this rental.

The owner of the property has labeled everything so that we were able to figure how everything worked easily! Very quiet in a nice residential neighborhood walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Quick drive to Stetson Law School. Gulfport is a charming spot!

Great, affordable property! We loved that it's in a quiet neighborhood, but a short walk to low-key entertainment, dining, and the beach park. St. Pete's beach is about a 10 minute drive over the bridge. The hosts took great care of us during our stay.

The studio apartment was clean, tidy, and had everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable. The location is fabulous. The hosts went out of their way to recommend a massage therapist for my plantar fasciitis and offer a heated foot spa when I returned from the apartment.
