Welcome to our newly renovated, 2-bedroom, 2 bath, vacation condo located just a few miles from Clearwater Beach and 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport. With convenient free parking right outside the door, extremely quiet facing the interior garden this rental is set up for a recharging vacation!

The property is located in a gated condominium complex which has a beautiful resort style heated swimming pool, barbecue area, 24/7 exercise room, luxurious clubhouse. Located within walking distance from a grocery store, Abe's Place Tap & Grill, great restaurants, shopping and public transportation, and 5min drive from 24/7 Walmart. The condo is located minutes from beautiful award-winning white sand beaches, Pier 60, boating, fishing, golfing and the Pinellas Trail for miles of bicycle and pedestrian recreation.

The condo offers a generous 1100 sq. ft. open floor plan which allows for two private bedrooms perfect for sharing with family or another couple. Master bedroom with a flat screen TV and a king size bed, has direct access to its own private bathroom as well as a huge walk-in closet. Second bedroom includes a third pull-up twin bed to be used when needed. In the living room a queen pullout sofa (with a new memory foam mattress) easily accommodates 2 persons - this feature makes the condo extremely comfortable for a large family.

Comfortable, private and clean covered patio for outdoor relaxing. Heading to the beach? Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. Family friendly high chair included and crib available upon request. Enjoy free high-speed internet, flat screen TV with HD cable, and a DVD player. Kitchen is fully stocked with glassware, barware, serving dishes, pots pans and utensils.

In unit laundry room includes a new Samsung full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. All linens, extra pillows, bath towels, and dish towels are provided as well as hair dryers. Keep cool with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in both bedrooms.

Must be over 25 to book rental. No smoking, no pets please.

This property was perfect for our needs. It is just as pictured, very clean, and has everything you might need in the fully equipped kitchen. For a day at the beach, there’s a cooler, chairs, umbrellas and beach toys available. Having all of these beach necessities to use was much appreciated! The hosts communication was fantastic, Details were provided ahead of time and the hosts checked in while we were there to make sure all was well. They were very responsive the couple times we reached out during our stay. I only wish we could have stayed longer, vacation was over too fast! .

Comfortable Beach Vacation
A 10-minute drive to Pier 60 and Clearwater beach. Very good location, grocery store across the street. The pool is very nice. Communication with Gabriel is excellent we had a small issue with the AC and he was very responsive and quick to help. The home has a definite beach feel which we loved. Loved the decorations. Patio is private. We would definitely stay again :)

Short stay beach trip after Disney/Universal visits
A really comfortable stay in this apartment after 10 days staying in hotels. It was home from home and had everything we could possibly need to relax and recover after a busy 10 days of theme parks in Orlando! Super comfortable king size bed with lovely en suite and dressing area in the main bedroom and the kids loved their large twin room and their own spacious bathroom. TV was great, with Netflix and Prime easy and ready to use. Private balcony with cupboard full of beach furniture and an ‘igloo’ cool box and lots of beach toys for young ones if you have them. Was all just perfect for what we needed. We headed to the beach every day and feel that a car is essential for that - Indian Rocks Beach has lots of access points - a quieter beach and 20 mins drive. Clearwater closer - just 10 min drive, but busier. Hosts were excellent. Very attentive and kept in touch regularly to make sure everything ok. We visited the pool for an hour one morning, which was pleasant and not busy. My husband also used the gym. All in all a really comfortable stay, thank you so much!

Great vacation stay
The property was great, check in was easy, the pool was fun and there were plenty of amenities. We enjoyed going to the pool and we drove to the beach a few times during the stay (about 10 minutes away). There was a grocery store across the street and we walked down the street for some yummy gyros too. The only thing we wish this place had would be a box fan but that’s just because we never sleep without one.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything is as listed. As soon as we came in, there was a fresh scent that just told us the place was clean. The property has everything you need to make yourself at home from cooking utensils to beach/pool items. Grocery stores are a very short drive away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed using the grill by the pool (we may have made a couple of people hungry while cooking lol). Communication with owners was superb before, during, and after our stay. Thank you very much; we can't wait to come back soon.

A Five-Star Family Haven - Pure Vacation Bliss
From the time we walked in, we were greeted by a spotless interior that instantly made us feel at home. Everything was very clean and the attention to detail was clear. There is a pull out couch but hard to access because of the sofa cover; but that was okay since there was plenty of bed space for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, from cookware to utensils - it was like they read our minds! And the bathrooms were just as impressive, with plenty of essentials to ensure we never ran short. Located in a quiet, safe area, the property was a haven of peace, perfect for some much-needed family downtime. What really sealed the deal for us was the closeness to the beach and the various stores. It was the best of both worlds - a tranquil getaway within a stone's throw of the lively beach and convenient shopping. On the days we didn't feel like heading to the beach, we lounged by the pool, enjoying the warm sun. It was such a treat having that option right there in our backyard. But what truly set this property apart was the warm hospitality of the owners. They were not just welcoming, but super informative too, providing us with all the info we needed to fully enjoy our stay. It was like having our personal concierge! In a nutshell, this rental property was a dream come true for our family. It ticked every box! Would definitely stay here again.
