• Inside, you will find king bed with comfortable mattress where you can watch your favorite channel on smart TV’s located in bedroom and living room.
• Spacious kitchen with many amenities that helps you prepare your homecooked meals. Laundry done easy with washer & dryer inside the unit
• Bathroom towels, hair dryer and personal care supplies provided
• Grand, comfortable Sofa in living room.
• Screened, furnished patio a place where you can relax with a morning coffee
• For trips to the Beach we provided 4 beach towels, 2 beach chairs.

This property was very clean, well maintained and had extras in the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. I especially appreciated the bright lamp in the living room as I like to read to unwind in the evening before going to sleep.

Close to downtown Clearwater
The property is in a great location. It’s really easy to get around from there. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the closet was amazing! The sectional sofa was super comfy! The patio overlooks the pool so it’s very convenient. A great place to stay!

This place was really nice, very clean, and everything you would need for your stay. The pool was amazing it was clean and the water was warm. The owner responded very quickly to any questions and was very accommodating. The location is close to the beach, and I would recommend staying here.

Location was wonderful. Size of unit was perfect! Proximity to the pool is ideal but can get loud with the kids ( I didn’t hear in the unit but one night on the porch was loud ) kitchen had all the essentials !

The condo has absolutely everything you will need, there was so much attention to detail! The bed was divine, pool was perfect and the location is close to everything. Love the walk in closet with plenty of hangers, extra sheets and pool towels. We will be back!!

Beautiful and quiet place to stay at, everything is clean, neat, labeled and organized. The pool is big and also close by, but we spent most of our time at the beach which is not far away either. Everything that you need on your vacation is right here. It was wonderful, we truly enjoyed it, thank you!!!

Wonderful Holiday Vacation
We had a wonderful stay at this property over Christmas break. The property was very clean, the bed was super comfy and the neighborhood was quite & peaceful. We go to Clearwater often and will definitely book this property again. The property manager was on top of everything and a great communicator- we had a seamless check-in. Everything was truly wonderful.

This was a great condo rental. It couldn't have been nicer. Condo equipped with everything that you could need! Just 10 steps to the pool gate. We would definitely stay here again!

First time to Clearwater
Clearwater is a great area. Lots of things to do and see.—So many parks and trails. Our rental property was very comfortable, and the owners followed up very quickly with the few minor problems that we experienced.

Anything you thought you might need was provided. Very clean and close to the pool. We really enjoyed ourselves. Only critique was that tha mattress was too soft for our liking. We will stay here again!

Our host was wonderful! Easy check in and check out. The place was fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. My wife liked the shower area because there was a chair she could use to sit on. The washer and dryer was convenient to use. Really close access to the heated pool. Close drive to Clearwater Beach. We would love to book this room again. Thanks!!

Clearwater vacation.
We were very happy with the unit and the complex. We liked the location as it was between all the beaches we wanted to visit. The unit owner did a great job providing everything you would need while there. She had beach chairs, an umbrella and coolers along with floats for the pool. She provided shampoo and soap for the shower. Again, we were very happy with her and her condo.

The condo was perfect
We had a wonderful stay. The condo is absolutely beautiful and perfect for 2 people. Her attention to detail with everything that is needed was spot on. The organization of the place with everything detailed with labels helped a lot. We loved that the place is is right next to the pool And on ground level. We also liked that it had a king size bed and a tub/shower combination. She even has 2 beach chairs and an umbrella Supplied for her guests. We highly recommend the place The Reasers

Immaculate and totally organized
From start to finish the process of checking in to the directions to the place were well put together. Then once walking in the unit it was clean, nicely decorated and well put together! The organization of the unit had me taken aback! When I in the Tampa/ Clearwater area this will be my choice if it’s just me and my spouse!
