Fantastic "Girls Week" with my bestie.
Beach was was a perfect place for us to relax and catch up with one another. IRB is my absolute favorite. Hoping for another getaway in 2025.

Absolutely loved everything about this place. We stayed here with our 3 kids (7, 5, and 2) and having the beach and everything needed for the beach (toys, chairs, umbrellas, towels) made this such an easy and enjoyable vacation. I hope we’ll be back soon!

Very nice and clean, beautiful views.
Stayed with our 3 and 4 year old daughters It was a perfect location for us, step right out to the beach and the available toys/beach towels made it all super easy. Loved how updated and luxurious it felt, especially the master bedroom. Comfortable beds! We would love to go back.

Fantastic property!
Wonderful condo right on the beach. Very clean, nice indoor and outdoor furniture, beautifully decorated in a beach theme and spectacular sunset views. They provide beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels and blankets and even a beach bag for your use. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Top Notch Getaway!
The property was wonderfully updated! Check in was easy. Property had everything you needed. Location was perfect. Views were great from all decks. Being a few steps from the beach was very convenient. We loved our stay and would definitely rent this unit again.

The property was wonderful! It was a beautiful property with everything you need for your stay and only a few steps from the beach! The deck views of the Gulf and sunsets were amazing. Rebecca really made sure things were great for us and she was great with answering the few questions we had along the way. We would love to come back!

The beach home was beautiful, but the location was truly memorable! We watched the storm systems roll in, then watched the sun come back out. We watched the birds and the fish and the colorful sunsets. This location was farther then we usually drive, but was truly worth it! Highly recommend!

Amazing location!
My family and I could not have asked for a better place to stay in Indian Rocks Beach! Right on the beach, and a very convenient location to shops and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our favorite spots in the house were the 3 decks with nice furniture to relax on, and watch the ocean. Host was great to communicate with & very friendly. Thank you so much; We had a wonderful stay!

Perfect condo!
This was the 2nd time 2 of us have stayed in the condo! Everything was perfect! Great location, literally step of the deck onto the beach! For us, that was amazing!! Nice deck off of the main floor to watch the beautiful sunsets. Deck upstairs is great too! Everything you need is there! Get a few groceries and you wouldn’t even need to leave. Amazing stay….will return!!

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location
This was one of the best properties we've ever stayed at. Wonderful location, everything we needed was available, close to restaurants and some shops, easy to get around the area (walk or take free public transportation). My husband, two teenage sons and I loved the quiet beach but also enjoyed going into Clearwater for boat ride/ dolphin viewing. Owner was very easy to communicate with. The unit is very clean and comfortable; we especially enjoyed the multiple decks to enjoy the beach view! We loved our stay and hope to return!

Great location!
The direct beach access is second to none and the property is well maintained. Our only issue was the lack of parking with only one space designated for the property. We were able to use the beach access parking for a second vehicle but be aware - if you arrive before sunset, you will not find parking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and it was as described in the listing. Awesome place to stay and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beach!

This property is excellent. All the furnishings were great, but we really liked the master bed (super comfortable!) and the high quality, abundant patio furniture. All the little details were covered and I especially loved the Keurig in the master bedroom for that first cup of coffee on the balcony. My only minor dissatisfaction was the check-in time and not being able to get into the property until 5 pm. Regardless, I would highly recommend this property.
