Sit back, relax, and unwind -- Our building is a quaint wood beach villa ON THE BEACH, surrounded with large trees, mangroves, and sea oats. Outside we have a spacious, private balcony. We pride ourselves on keeping a VERY CLEAN unit. We offer amenities such as, TVs in each room. Spectrum cable + Roku and high-speed WiFi internet. Comfy Beds, and Keurig (Kcups), and regular coffee maker, poker chips, and Ring Toss.

You’ll have assigned covered parking plus an extra space for another guest within the 8 unit complex. We are 'Kid friendly with Pack-n-play, highchair, & stroller'. Our building is on the beach but our unit faces the intercoastal not the beach. Community Grill and Firepit on the beach.

Enjoy our unique and quiet atmosphere. It offers the surf, white powdery sand, sunsets, Gulf breezes, sunshine, blue skies, and the comforts of home.

We are in close proximity to anything in Pinellas County. Located approximately 25 minutes from Tampa International Airport and 20 minutes from the Clearwater and St. Petersburg. Many restaurants and things to do and see nearby. You can take day trips to many of the fabulous tourist attractions in Central Florida and the West coast. Ice cream parlor directly across street.

Luxury vinyl floor throughout the living area of the condo. Full kitchen with oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig (Kcups) and regular coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. New Central air, full size washer/dryer, covered parking, 1200 square foot indoor space, private balcony, Very clean!

We have a community grill and beach chairs for your enjoyment on the ground patio area. We also have a firepit on the beach, along with kayaks and paddleboards to enjoy!

This Condominium is on floor 2 above parking.

3 girlfriends spent 3 nights at this property. Had a great time…..everything was clean and available. Great location for the beach and wonderful ice cream right across the street. Complex was quiet, condo was roomy ….a perfect getaway.

Became down for my birthday as well as a celebration of life and couldn’t have picked a more beautiful weekend in April. The only thing that would’ve made the day better was waking up and seeing the ocean every day, but it was just a short walk to do so.

A piece of heaven in Indian Rocks Beach
Home was awesome, very clean, organized and just as described. We spent 14 days walking, going to the beach, eating out and relaxing. We have been going to Indian Rocks Beach for the last 4 years and it never ceases to amaze us. Property owner was very attentive and responsive. A+ place, beach, owner.

We stayed over Thanksgiving break! It was a wonderful location. We were able to just go out to the beach whenever. They had enough pots and pans we were able to put together a Thanksgiving meal. Loved it!

Great place to spend time with family
The condo is great, clean, spacious, and has comfortable beds. The location is perfect, you don't have to load/unload the car or deal with parking, and the beach is ideal for a young family with kids (and it's just a few steps away). Family trip 2024 was Awesome
Would appreciate a plug for the tub as we had littles to bath. A/C works great. Apologies to the guests below us maybe bothered by the sounds of trampling feet as our grandkids were often running around with excitement. We made some great memories and simply just got to enjoy The Gulf! Dolphins, sand crabs, someone fishing caught a stingray, and building sand castles. Would do it again!!

amazing beach spot
I hate to tell the world about this gem -would rather keep it a secret, but it was wonderful! We will be back for sure. The unit itself does not face the water but the balcony is screened in which works very well for young kids. For our little gang the space was perfect. The host was super available and pleasant to work with. Everything you need is nearby and the beach is literally right out front. We cannot wait to come back!

I was a little confused when I got there because I thought the condo faced the beach. It was a nice stay overall, but a little let down by that. The neighborhood is as nice, had an amazing lobster roll just down the street from the condo. The beach was beautiful.

Ideal location in Indian Shores
This is a well appointed beach front condo in Indian Shores. Since the property does not face the gulf, it is much more affordable than the condos that do in the same building. It is nice to have a gas grill available and owner David is very responsive to any issues you may have.

Great place for a girls getaway!
We were extremely pleased with this property. Upon arrival it was very clean and spacious. There were 5 women and we felt like we had plenty of room. We had an great experience and really enjoyed how secluded it felt when walking to the beach, we never felt like too many people were around us. The owner had alot of nice things there supplied for the beach. Cant say enough good things about the stay or the condo. Thanks, we will visit again.

Location is everything!!!
Loved the location- out of the way and private! Not far from big cities but quaint. No issues other than 3 out of 4 people did not sleep well on mattresses. Beaches are to die for and not crowded at all. Condo was lovely!! Nearby restaurant and bars with a lot to do in St Petes and Clearwater.

Great location condo was cute and roomy. There was hairs on the pillows and had to change pillow cases and couch bed mattress needed a mattress protector because it was dirty but besides that it was great. Owners replied quickly to our questions.
