Step into our cozy studio, just 6 blocks from the beach, and let the modern vibes captivate you! Every detail has been carefully designed to offer a perfect balance of contemporary style and unmatched comfort. With the beach just a short walk away, you’ll love being right in the heart of everything. Take your time strolling to nearby restaurants and enjoy the best of the local dining scene.

Location: Our Capanna units are 6 blocks from Upham beach and close to lively entertainment spots, so you may hear some sounds from nearby venues. We think this adds to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere of the area!
Special Note: During the months of August through December, we often offer an 11 am check-out, except during holiday weeks or days, to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Each studio is private, featuring its own bathroom. The complex is gated and includes a shared courtyard and outdoor space at the center, offering a peaceful area to relax while still being part of the vibrant surroundings.

This property is very noisy at night. There is no easy beach access. Need to put a shade on door for night. Very cute efficiency but limitations noted. Corey street Sunday market terrific

A nice affordable spot in a prime location by the beach and numerous restaurants. The facility looks brand new on the inside and the amenities are very nice. Everything I wanted at a great rate.
