A newly updated interior, as well as a private pool and back yard, await in this four-bedroom ranch-style home. This spacious home features all new furnishings and is perfect for family activities, with an open floorpan encouraging togetherness. The kids will want to start the day in the pool while you grab a cup of coffee from the mini coffee bar and relax on the screened-in lanai.

When everyone gets hungry, a gorgeously updated kitchen with loads of counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, makes breakfast prep a breeze. Dine together at the table for eight or pull up a barstool at the breakfast bar to keep mealtime casual. If you’re not heading straight back out to the pool, you’re only around four miles from the beach.

After a day of working on your tan or exploring the area, head home to relax in the central AC. Throw something on the gas grill for dinner, and get comfortable on the sectional while you stream your favorite shows. If you can’t agree on what to watch, each of the four bedrooms also features a flatscreen TV.

The main suite features a king bed and en suite bathroom; two queens and a bedroom with matching twins share bathroom access. After a fun day out, the best place to end the day is around the fire pit outside (wood is provided). Another perfect vacation day tomorrow is in store for tomorrow – all that’s left to do is book.

Excellent, roomy house in a great location
Location of the house was a 5 minute drive to Indian Rock Beach. Fantastic beach with plenty of restaurants and bars along the strip. Also a easy and quick ride to clearwater area with lots to do. The house itself was clean, spacey with a pool to relax in after a day at the beach! Highly recommend!

Nice place not too far from beaches
This is a nice property close to the beaches but far enough away to get away from the crowds. Nice quiet neighborhood with grocery store close. Beds were comfortable and a tv in each bedroom. Nice pool in back.

Great Vacation!
Beautiful clean and spacious home for a family of four. House is just like the photos with a wonderful layout for teenagers on one side of the home. Pool was amazing and neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home, centrally located!
This house was beautiful in the way it was laid out, plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great for the kids, and the house was 4 minutes from Publix, restaurants, etc. and the beach was only 9 minutes away! Would definitely stay here again.

St Pete Getaway in Seminole
Very beautiful home. Very peaceful and enjoyable. We hardly left the property. Just there to relax, spend time eith our newly married daughter and her husband and we did just that. The take out we ordered in was excellent and fast and so many places to choose from. Its a great place to be

Great house with a couple small issues
Overall the house was great. Enjoyed the pool and the kitchen was awesome. We had an issue with lights (ceiling lights and fans) in the master bedroom and bathroom along with the living room. We started contacting the management company and 230 and finally heard from someone around 6. They gave us access to the electrical panel and flipped the breaker. Problem solved. We attempted to use the pull out sofa bed which was broken so we could not use that. Again still enjoyed the house but really only slept 8

Great property
Overall we had an excellent stay. The home was clean and had plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out or hang together. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay here again. It is as our first time using VRBO and it was very positive. We did have contact with the property management company to let the know the master bath shower was not working, handle just spun around and never turned on and the master toilet needs to be tighten down with new Johnny bolts. They offered to send someone out but we told them we would be fine for our stay. That being said we were perfect and enjoyed the property!

Overall i had a good stay besides the maintenance person never came to fix the faucet in the main bathroom. So it was a big inconvenience turn on and off the water from the outside. Poor service.

Lovely place to stay
We had a girls weekend at this property. The home was very nice, all updated, with a lot of room and spaces to sleep. For a property not right on the beach, there was easy access to groceries, nail salons, anything you would want. Highly recommend and would likely go back. The only issue that we found was the lack of bed pillows. Each bed had only one pillow. The decor was really nice, beautiful kitchen, but, owner may want to upgrade bed sheets. The neighborhood.was very quiet and not a lot of traffic in the area. Loved it!

Overall great house
The house was in a great location and overall everything was pretty good. We did have an issue when we arrived with one of the two showers in the house not functioning because the handle was broke. Customer service said they were waiting for a part but unfortunately, it was not fixed until our last night at the house. Also the pool was a bit dirty and the skimmer was too old with giant holes in it so we did request for the pool to be cleaned and that also did not happen during the week. Aside from some of those customer service issues with this property manager, the house was still very nice and had what we needed. We did receive a small refund for having one shower not function which helped.

For homeowner Not Public Shower issue
I do not authorize my review to be made public. But for the homeowner, Master bedroom shower was broken when we got there. Plumber came out day three and said he had to order a part so we only had one shower in the house. That was the biggest bummer. Other than that the lower part of the grill was full of grease, which resulted in the grill catching on fire and overheating we cleaned it but needs to be cleaned prior to guest arrival IMO. Overall, it was a great property with one unforeseeable issue being the shower..
