Walk 2 blocks to Lassing Park, or bike through the USF campus. Only 1.5miles to The Dali Museum and St Pete Pier. Need a beach day? Only a 15 min drive to Passe Grille and The Don CeSar.

Very private oasis rental
The rental is so nice and the pool and outside space are amazing. Just a few blocks from the waterfront for a nice stroll. Conveniently located near Central Ave with lots of restaurants from which to choose. I would only caution for those who can't navigate stairs that the apartment is above the pool and outside space. We were thinking that the entrance was contiguous to the pool space. All that being said, a great getaway for a party of two. If you had friends staying nearby you would definitely want to entertain here!! Pool, outdoor kitchen, corn hole, music , and fun art everywhere around the pool!

A MUST stay in St.Pete !
Absolutely amazing place to stay. The place and location is amazing! Pool is absolutely beautiful and great to relax. They have plenty of little activities to keep you busy. Big jenga game, bag boards and a ring toss. Inside is extremely comfortable and clean. They give you a free cruise ticket which we have taken advantage of and it was an awesome experience. Highly recommend! The hosts are also awesome and very welcoming. Give it a 10/10.

Beautiful getaway
This property is pristine and the photos online do not do it justice. From the pool house to the pool to the lanai, it was all beautiful and even better in person. Everything one would need is available and if not it's only a short trip to the store to get it. The host was very accommodating and always responsive. The water temperature was perfect and the grill worked great. The outside bathroom was very convenient and very pretty at that. The inside house is beyond comfortable and decorated perfectly. All of the art displayed on the property was a beautiful touch and quite impressive. My husband and I adored this place and cannot wait to go back. It was one week in paradise!

Lovely paradise
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely paradise in St. Petersburg. The property was pristine, very comfortable, and exactly as shown and described in the VRBO listing. The hosts were lovely, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and content, while affording us maximum privacy and quiet. As newbies to St. Petersburg, the Old Southeast neighborhod was exactly what we hoped: quiet, quaint, close to the water, very walkable to downtown, yet not in the heart of the hubbub of the city. We would love to come back for another visit.

My wife and I decided to sneak away for the holidays and couldnt have been more pleased with the destination we chose. Between the cool FL weather, the heated pool, and the laid back atmosphere of st pete/this rental, it checked all of the boxes for us. Hope to visit again!

Wonderful Stay
It was a beautiful place to stay. Plenty of room and the pool area was spectacular. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and maybe a bit better weather, but there are zero complaints about the place. Great location as well. 5 min to downtown and plenty around for quick needs. Highly recommend staying here.

House was Perfect!
Was a weekend get away for my wife’s birthday. House and accommodations were so nice we almost wanted to stay in the whole time. Hostess was amazing and helpful, including pointing us in the direction of some amazing food places. We are already planning on rebooking!

Really could not have been happier! Excellent home and pool; great area, close to Tampa, downtown St Pete, and the Gulf beaches. The only thing is the cell reception immediately around the home was poor and the WiFi in the unit was a little slow at times, but I’m not complaining—that was only a minor inconvenience at times and I adapted.

The nicest VRBO ever!
Not only is this property gorgeous, it is clean, well stocked and all you really need to bring is yourself! Honestly, it is the best VRBO property we've ever rented. Bed was extremely comfortable and all linens and towels (of which there were plenty) were high end. Centrally located to St. Pete and all its attractions, as well as close by beaches - Pass-a-Grille, Madeira Beach and Anna Maria Island - all of which we visited during our stay. We enjoyed meeting the owners and taking the Pelican Sunset Cruise. We look forward to more visits!

AMAZING OUTDOOR AREA
The listing is spot on. The property is exactly as listed. I cannot say enough about the pool/lanai/outdoor area. It's gorgeous. The owners are very creative. The apartment area was just lovely. It was the perfect space for two people, and even worked well when our daughter joined us for 3 nights. In fact, it was a bit bigger than I was expecting. The bed was perfect, comfortable, king size, and the bedding was just right. There is no reason to not book this property. The pool temps were perfect. The furniture inside and outside is very comfortable. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing. We felt very safe and liked the idea of the gate being a key-pad entry. Dan and Heather are very pleasant to work with, very welcoming, and provided everything we needed. And a special thanks for the "certificate" you so generously shared with us, and we unfortunately were not available to use due to a previous conflict of scheduled events with family and friends. That was an unexpected surprise, and one we were disappointed we could not fulfill. Again, everything was perfect, we would definitely like to come back some day, and seriously, don't hesitate to make a reservation for this little piece of paradise,....you won't regret it, I promise.

Loved our girl's vacation here. The pool had absolutely everything you'd need or want and great privacy with gorgeous tropical trees. The suite is adorable and very well appointed. Restaurants and the Pier is a $6 Uber ride and so convenient. The owners were extremely thoughtful and responsive. We would not hesitate to book again!
