Beautiful Condo-All the Amenities
We had a really nice stay at the Avalon over spring break. The condo was well outfitted and nicely decorated, the complex was quiet and the pool area was beautiful. Overall, a great stay and would rent here again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was lovely and well equipped in the kitchen. We were able to do laundry a few times. Close to stores, beaches and short drive to attractions. Had a little difficulty finding our actual condo on arrival as complex larger than we assumed. A general map showing location would have been helpful on arrival after a very long day. The lock was a bit tricky but once we figured it out we were fine with it. Quiet location. Would book again.

The apartment was very clean and well furnished. All the necessary things to spend a vacation there (bed linen, towels, dishes, etc.) were available and in good condition.The washing machine, dryer, air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedroom worked perfectly, as did the Wi-Fi.The accommodation is highly recommended and we would go there again.

First of all, Nick is very responsive to any and all calls.. had a small issue with dryer and he had a maintenance guy there the next day! Condo is clean, well supplied, comfortable , on 2nd floor right at the entrance to the pool. Bed is so comfortable and was happy the bathroom had a TUB/ SHOWER combo... !!!! I need to soak and love a tub, so Thank you!!! You cant go wrong with location it is near Abes which is a sports type restaurant we like and there are plenty of other restaurants and shops nearby...

Great last minute reschedule
We had to rethink our anniversary trip after hurricane Ian hit Fort Myers (where we normally go). My husband came across this listing for less than what a hotel would have cost us so we figured why not. I was a little nervous, having never rented through VRBO, but everything was perfect! The condo had so much space for the two of us and we loved having a full kitchen vs the kitchenette we would’ve had in a hotel. So close to Clearwater beach, near tons of shopping, and had a great pool area. There’s even pool/beach items in the storage closet of the porch! Definitely a great spot. We’re already thinking about renting again next year. We had a great week :)

Great stay!
We had a perfect stay here at the condo in Avalon. The condo is great for a couple or small family, it has a king bed (very comfortable, and a big couch that can be converted into a bed. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. It’s only 13 minutes away from Clearwater Beach, and great restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and close to shops and supermarket. We chose to make breakfast everyday in the condo, since the kitchen is fully equipped. They have a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, blenders, pots, etc and all the appliances are top of the line. There’s plenty of towels, linens and even beach towels. All the cleaning supplies you need and washer and dryer. The condo is located right behind the pool, so it’s only a few steps away from the front door. The communication with Nicholas was professional and helpful, and responded quickly to any messages. We will definitely return to this location and highly recommend it.

The Avalon
The condo was super clean and very dated. Bed was sooo comfy!, Easy communication with Nick. Close to most beaches and surrounding area….perfect stay …if I would have to say something negative, and it’s a MINOR one…would probably be to update the pans and maybe have a few more items in the cutlery drawer …a potatoe peeler and a salad spinner…… Do not hesitate to book this condo, you won’t be disappointed!!

Great place with plenty of room for all 3 of us and kitchen with all basics. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. 15-20 min drive to Clearwater beach in medium traffic, weekends may take 35 min. Heated pool on premises which we used daily and open until 9pm. Very fun stay!

Excellent Stay
From the moment we opened the door, we were impressed..exceptionally clean, bright, cheery condo. The owner, Nick, called shortly after we arrived to ensure everything was good, offered his assistance if required (which it was). Proximity to restaurants and grocery stores was good. During the course of our stay, I dropped my keys walking from the truck, and of course, they slid into the sewer drain. I contacted Nick and within a half hour they had “fished” my keys out of the drain..was extremely grateful. Getting to the beach was not too bad if you used a GPS and took the back roads, using the main streets was somewhat congested but still not too bad. I would highly recommend this accommodation ...I have already discussed the probability of coming back for a month next time. Thanks Nick.

The apartment was very comfortable and convenient. The owner of the place was extremely determined to have our stay as nice as possible. Five stars for the cleanliness of the place. Everything was in great shape. Be aware that the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator.

The place was clean & exactly how described. When sleeping on the couch, the ottoman does sink, so that’s really uncomfortable. Also, having more than 1 roll of toilet paper to start would have been helpful, but not a big deal at all, easy fix. Any time we had questions the owner was extremely responsive and solved our issue immediately. Lots of extra bedding and pillows available. Even sand toys, beach umbrella, chairs and miscellaneous other items. Also really close to the pool which is a huge bonus when you have kids! The master bed is extremely comfortable! The place is quiet, clean and gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again and again when in the Clearwater area.

Nice condo
Overall it was a really nice place, looked exactly like the pics (beautiful) , close to anything you would need and a short drive to the beach. My only negative comment would be the extra $500 in charges tacked on for different things. Upon looking we could have rented a similar condo in the same complex with two bedrooms instead of one for the same price or less. ( By the time my vacation was approved from my job they were already booked)
