This 7-person condo hotel suite is perfect for bringing the whole family together. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a King or Queen bed and in-room safe, the second with a Queen bed, and the third one with a Twin bed along with a comfortable full-sized sofa bed in the living room. This suite has 2 1/2 bathrooms. Some of these suites will have an indirect view of the Gulf of Mexico from the balcony and others of the street surrounding the building.
Please note the smaller bedroom does not have a window.
Our guests have exclusive access to our all-season pool and bar located on the fifth floor, a coffee lounge and a fitness center, designed by Danny Musico, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax charged at check-in. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included is a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.
This brand-new building is just a short, 10-minute walk from Pier 60, the hub of sunset activity. There are multiple restaurants just steps away. Should you want to plan a longer journey, there is a Beach Trolly that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.
Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00 daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.
We are a pet-friendly resort; we allow 1 dog of max. 30lb or 2 dogs that equal the maximum weight. A pet fee of $85 + tax daily will apply at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee.
Pack n Plays are available for $20/night + tax.
Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.
