Luxury Beachfront Condo with Spectacular Sunsets!

Look no further for your beach oasis getaway! This completely updated unit is on Sunset Beach in the town of Treasure Island. Located within walking distance of restaurants and shops, this second floor unit sits directly on the beach so all you have to do is take the elevator down to the white sandy beach to enjoy a swim or lounge around. Sunset Chateau is an elevated building which features a Gulf front heated pool and covered parking. There are BBQ grills and bench tables for a cookout. Away from the main crowds and noise, the beach here is quiet, calm, and beautiful. If you want some excitement, you can walk to Caddy's on the Beach a few minutes away to have great food and listen to live music nightly. John's Pass Village is less than 15 minutes away for more entertainment and fun or downtown St. Petersburg for more upscale dining. The Annual Sand Ovation is held at Treasure Island Beach, walking distance from the condo. Great place to see professional sand sculptures with live music, food, and entertainment for the kids.

Watch from the large windows in the living area which run the width of the unit, giving you expansive ocean views. It is a relaxing area where you can fall asleep to the lullaby of the ocean waves. Enjoy a drink on the open balcony area while watching the sunset. You have 180 degrees of unobstructed view of the gulf! Turtle nesting occurs annually on Sunset Beach, so you might get a glimpse of this fantastic event.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar and dining table for four. This beautifully furnished unit include a refrigerator, freezer, oven, range, microwave, dishwasher, and a wine cooler. Spacious bedroom with a King bed and plenty of storage. Shutters throughout, 2 flat screen TVS, and a Queen sofa bed for 2 extra guests. The bathroom has a full body shower. All linen and towels (bath and beach) are provided. There are also beach chairs and a sun umbrella. Internet, WI-Fi, and cable are available. Everything you need on a vacation is right at your fingertip. Just bring your swimming suit and sandals and be ready to enjoy some island time.

John's Pass is a fishing village boardwalk home to very popular restaurants and shops including Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, the Friendly Fisherman Restaurant, Sculley's, Hub's Raw Bar and Tavern, Hooter's Restaurant, Casa Havana Cigar and Cafe, Meyer's House of Sweets, along with several other ice cream, candy and souvenir shops. Hubbard's Marina offers a full range of water activities including deep-sea fishing charters and sunset cruises. Boat/jet-ski rentals, parasailing, paddle board rental companies are also available from the boardwalk.

Treasure Island is 15 minutes from downtown St.Petersburg, 45 minutes from Tampa International Airport, and 1 & 1/2 hours to Disney World.

This unit has updated decor with professional design and is conveniently located on the second floor. Plenty of fun in the sun with long walks on the beach, gorgeous sunsets, and dolphin sightseeing tour.

Beautiful Condo - Great Location
This condo is on the beach - which is what we wanted. No crossing the street to get there. The area isn’t crowded like Clearwater Beach but is close enough to take a quick trip up there. The host (Sandra) is very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend this condo. We’d stay there again.

A Great Place on the Beach !
We stayed here for a month and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.! Sunset Chateau is the perfect location.... a few steps from the beach, but also restaurants and shopping are not far away. The condo itself is well equipped, tastefully decorated and this makes for a comfortable stay.......just bring your bathing suit! If you enjoy the warm Gulf water, white sandy beaches, and of course beautiful sunsets; then you will definitely enjoy your stay.

Awesome location
Loved the location and the fact it is right on beach. The only downside was they were painting the floors and we had to be out of room by 8 am one day and couldn’t return till late. Oh and the nosey lady down from us that thought she ran the place. Other than that- would boo again

True ocean front
Great little condo for a short visit. You would have to be on a cruise ship to get closer to the ocean! Pool does not have chairs - you have to take your own; otherwise, nice clean pool. Good parking. Good value for the money.

Very nice condo! Clean and updated. They have lots of extras like sunscreen and detergent. I do wish there were chairs at the pool though. Great condo for speculator views!

Great location right on the beach and had covered parking. The only two drawbacks were the washer and dryer were coin operated and for communal use and the grills were charcoal and not gas. The condo was very nicely decorated and completely updated. Umbrellas, chairs and coolers were all provided. Would love to go again.

Beautiful view, very responsive owner
This condo was just as listed and very clean. We did have 1 issue the microwave didn’t work and the owner replaced it with a new one the same day I called to let her know about it. For me and my wife the condo was perfect. It had everything we needed, the only slight negative I have to say about the condo is that the mattress in the bedroom was on the soft side, other than that 5 stars.

At the beach with no beach!
The condo unit itself was fine…with the exception of the bed….very lumpy and uncomfortable. There was a water leak in the bathroom, but the owner had that taken care of in a timely manner. The biggest disappointment was the beach….it was closed the entire time we were there! We were looking forward to sitting on the beach and enjoying the water…we ended up purchasing 2 lawn chairs and sitting beside our door to ‘enjoy’ the water.

FAR from luxury
First of all my title says it all. My husband builds beautiful homes on the lake, some of them are luxurious. I’ve walked through them. This would never, ever pass , it’s false advertising . Secondly, when a listing claims excellent cleanliness and we arrive to filthy floors, food splattered on the kitchen walls, a dirty plate covered in crumbs in the cupboard , orange grout, rusty fixtures, and filthy doors and baseboards it is incredibly upsetting . This is especially important during covid and myself being 7 months pregnant , my cleanliness sensor is on high alert. We had planned to make a big breakfast each morning, but lost our appetite guessing what else had not been properly cleaned . We used a few cups and a knife and washed them first. The stools and chairs around the table and counter were covered in grime and fingerprints, we did not use them , but ate standing over the counter. The outside of the building and grounds are awful. It’s all very grimy, we didn’t want to touch the stairwell doors because it looked like they had never been cleaned, there was construction going on that we had not been made privy to on the bottom of the structure . The mattress was thin and sagging in the middle, it was like sleeping on grandmas 30 year old mattress in the spare room. Being pregnant, I had to sleep on the couch for the stay because there was absolutely no way to get comfortable , the pillows were hard as rocks, as a side sleeper I woke up with my ears aching from the pillows . No batteries in the bedroom tv remotes, those were dropped off. But To top it all off, it was in the 50s the first two nights and the heat did not work , we woke up to 62 degrees and had no way to warm up except to layer more blankets on. The owner refused to send someone to fix it, nor did she offer a portable heater, no cleaners were sent out , as the owner insisted the cleaners were “excellent” and “on a schedule” . The only solution was to stay two nights at a hotel and we would have to pay for the third night, as well as any additional fees. We were offered several hotel options ,all with terrible reviews. We came for quiet , not a stay at a busy hotel so we made the best of it. The beach is nice, newer picnic tables, pool is okay , location is nice , You for sure need a vehicle , I’m not sure what we would have done without one, the beach trolly claims are false , we didn’t see any on the roads back and forth our entire stay.
