2 bathrooms (1st bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower 2nd bathroom with walk in shower is ensuite to the master bedroom.

Living area with a designated dining area.

Bonus room overlooking the private rear garden.

NO GARAGE SPACE INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL. But private parking on the driveway is available.

Excellent location. Lovely neighbourhood.

The Gulf of Mexico's beautiful award winning sandy white beaches are a few minutes drive away.
