Large Condo Hotel Suite on the Beach

This condo hotel suite comfortably sleeps 8, with 3 queen beds plus a full-sized sofa bed, in-room safe, and with 2 full bathrooms and an additional half bath. This 3rd-floor suite provides a perfect spot to relax on your completely private balcony.
Please note that one of the queen bedrooms does not have a window.

Our guests also have exclusive access to our heated pool and bar located on the fifth floor, coffee lounge on the 2nd floor, as well as our gym (designed by world-renowned gym designer Danny Musico), beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels, as part of the resort fee of $35 + tax included with your VRBO total. The unit includes full-sized kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, and is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and flatware. Also included are a full-sized washer and dryer. Should you need additional soaps, towels, or other items, or just need to know where to go for a good meal, our Reception Desk is staffed 24/7 for your convenience.

This brand-new building is just a short 10-minute walk from Pier 60, a great place for family-friendly activities, dining, and taking in incredible sunsets. Should you want to explore the area further, there is a Beach Trolley that stops in front of the hotel, as well as access to taxis, Uber, and Lyft.

Parking is available at the property (1 car per suite) a fee of $35.00/ daily will apply. If your party is bringing a second car, please contact the Hotel to find out availability. Charges may apply.

Daily pet fee of $85 + tax payable at check-in. Qualified ADA service dogs are exempt from the Pet fee

We will authorize the balance due, plus parking or pet fees (if applicable) and a $200 incidental hold upon check in.

Cancellation Policy: If the guest cancels 14 days before arrival before 4:00 pm or earlier, they will be given a 100% refund. If the guest cancels within 14 days before arrival, they will get no refund. We know that things happen. Flight cancellations, changes in plans, and illness (including COVID) within the cancellation period will not be grounds for a full refund. Therefore, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your travel investment.

The Avalon was fantastic. Great location - within walking distance to anything, but now crowded at all. Communication with the staff on sight was top notch; every employee we encountered was full of smiles and friendly as well.

This was our third annual vacation to Clearwater Beach and this time we needed 3 bedrooms so family could join us. We loved the cleanliness of the suite and the staff were great. We also loved the access to chairs and umbrellas and the short walk to the beach.

This is the perfect place for two families. We love the three bedroom option. It’s nice to have something on the beach that could accommodate both families. The property was very clean. The pool is small, but really nice. We enjoyed having all the beach and pool toys provided for us. The small bar on the fifth floor next to the pool was an added bonus. All of the staff were excellent. Very friendly.

The only thing I hated was the size of the kitchen trash can and the smell of the soap in the showers. I thought they could also have some cooking spray, zip lock bags, and a few other essentials in the kitchen.

Booked this hotel for a large group. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The customer service experience was more than I would expect. Hotels were clean and had basic supplies. Was right next to the beach and they even gave toys for the kids to bring to the beach. 10/10 would come back over and over

Very Nice Suites and Great Location
We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite which was an ideal space for 3 couples. It was ready upon our arrival, clean, and all amenities listed were available. 5th floor roof-deck/pool was a great location to watch the evening sunsets. Easy walking distance to area restaurants too. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

First, I want to start by saying, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful with each interaction. The lobby smells amazing, the entire building is spotless, and we love the more quiet North end location which is still easy walking distance to everything we want. Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay again!
