Hurricane update on 11-20-2024- Power is restored, wi-fi is live, water is good, the beach is open, the pool is closed at this time (the Condo Association expects it to be ready to use by 11-25-24 if all goes well), and the elevator is now operational, however the elevator may be shut down for a couple of hours on an upcoming day for elevator lighting maintenance.
This 2-bedroom 2 bath 4th floor condo sits directly on Treasure Island Beach! Minimum age: one guest must be at least 25 years old. There is a front desk to check in at, and Oceana's $40 plus tax daily stay fee is included in your booking price.
PLEASE NOTE: ONLY 1 parking spot comes with the reservation, and it is an assigned parking spot. We will not be able to help you find parking for any additional cars.
Great location on the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. St. Johns Pass is very close!
So many places close to the complex and a trolley is available at a nominal fee.
404W at Oceana in Treasure Island is the perfect destination for your visit to the white sandy beach at Treasure Island. From the 4th floor balcony, enjoy the fabulous view of surf, sand, and the unbelievably lovely sunsets! There is a sand rinse off station on the 4th floor, directly outside the 404W unit, so as to keep the unit free of excess sand! There is an inground pool as well! Daily/nightly dock rentals can be reserved and paid for through Oceana Provident directly.
There is a Beach Equipment rental on the beach! Check in across the street at Oceana West building on the second floor between 9am-9pm daily. Arrivals outside of this timeframe will be given an off-site, yet close by, address for your check in.
Travelers' insurance is recommended. There are no grills at this property. This unit has a strict no refund policy!
Each unit has different policies for Boats and Kayaks, jet skis and RV's. Please do not assume they are allowed. You must address this prior to booking.

Pool temperature: please be advised that heated pools will likely have uncomfortably cold water when cold weather arrives. We will not extend refunds or reimbursements due to cold water temperatures.

TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures.
Please understand what can come with the potential aftermath of a Hurricane. There may be closures of the following, that could possibly last weeks, if not longer: restaurants/shops, roads, certain amenities offered, beaches, Wi-Fi/cable, pools, elevators, etc. Our owners will stand behind their no refund cancellation policy for any of these inconveniences and will not be making anyone the exception. Again, this is why we HIGHLY recommend purchasing good travel insurance. There should be a few policies offered towards the end of your booking process. One of which should allow you to cancel for any reason (CFAR). However, it is important for you, to do your proper research in confirming what exclusions, if any, exist for that particular policy. If none are offered to you, you can always contact another 3rd party travel insurance company. Date changes, rain checks, or compensation will also not be options under these circumstances! Hurricane season, again, falls between June 1st and November 30th.

Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!
