Another Wonderful Stay!!
This was our 2nd year back at this property and it’s perfect for us. For the price point, you can’t beat the location of this rental. We love IRB and love this property and the owners, they have always been super accommodating and caring. Will see you again next year, may even come for a few days in the Winter ❤️

Great Stay at Indians Rocks Beach
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was exactly as described and a very short walk to the beach. Everything in working order and no issues during our time there. Highly recommend!

Perfect for us! Steps from the beach, trolley and Kooky. Coconut. Apartment was just as described - clean and quiet. Had everything we needed except a wine corkscrew. Thanks for a great vacation!

Property is close to the beach and shops and attractions. Small, but well-kept. When a small problem arose, property managers were easy to contact and handled it quickly. Would stay again.

Great stay
We stopped for a few days on our way to Ft Myers and the place is just as described in the pictures. Everything was great clean and in working condition, we have stayed in Indian Shores many times and love the location. It was an easy 2 block walk to the beach so walking back and forth to use bathroom, have lunch and get out of the sun was a breeze. We would definitely stay again!

Our Stay Was So Nice, House was clean, had plenty of towels, Beach towels, Beach Chairs, One street over from The BEACH!! Heaven on Earth. Not overly crowded with tourist. Will Definitely Stay here when we come back. Restaurants were Great Too.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was in a great location, very quick walk to the beach. It was clean and had the basics that we needed to get started. Quick and attentive responses to my emails. They provided beach chairs and beach towels which was great. We would definitely return!

Great Location - Beautiful Beach
Really nice getaway. We had some internet issues but could be an easily fix. The coffee pot needs to be replaced. Everything else was fantastic. We rated this place 5 Stars because the two problems could be easily taken care of. We will come back.

Quick trip
Recently stayed with my 18 year old daughter to do a college visit in St.petes. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach. Was busy but not Clearwater busy. Easy walk to restaurants and CVS for any of those missed packed items. Beds were comfortable parking was easy. If looking for a nice place with less crowds and quiet neighborhood this is the spot. If she ends up picking University of South Florida this would be an ideal spot for the family to stay.

Nice beach vacation
Short walk to the beach. Indoors was in good condition and fairly clean (aside from dishes in cabinets needing an additional cleaning—fairly common at rentals). Appreciated the stocking of basic needs (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc). Back deck stairs need a little attention. Overall it was a nice stay.

Short Walk to beach!
This apartment was super close to the beach! We got in late and there was little lighting to walk path to steps for the apartment. The apartment was neat and the deck was nice to sit on in the mornings and drink coffee.

House was clean, updated bathroom and pretty new fridge and stove. Could use a new sofa. It was in a really good location. The steps going up to the entrance were pretty steep for being in mid 60’s. Overall nice place.

Slice of Heaven
We enjoyed our stay very much. This was our 2nd year in IRB and the location and accommodations were perfect. There are a couple of things that could be updated like utensils and a new gas grill but for the price point these are not things that are even a bother. Loved the deck and loved being able to have our fur baby with us on vacation. We will be booking this home for the same dates next year and will look forward to it every moment until then. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!!

Nice Area
A nice area and place to stay. The only down sides were the noisy neighbors in the other unit kept us awake all night. The bed in the other unit needs moved away from the adjoining wall. The back deck also needs replaced because the termites from it are starting to flood into the house pretty bad in the kitchen area. Seems they were coming through under the sliding door. Aside from those 2 things, it really was a comfortable stay. Everything was clean and functional. Very close to the beach too!
