From the moment you enter you will immediately enter into vacation mode!
This beautiful home offers everything you will need for a great vacation! Gorgeous waterfront backyard oasis with a covered lanai, outdoor dining and an inviting swimming pool overlooking a beautiful open bay waters teeming with dolphins and manatees! Sit at the end of the dock and drop a line! Pool is heated to 82 degrees. Pool pumps/ heater runs from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. during winter and fall months. If you want the temperature higher, there will be an additional daily fee.

From the inside, the spacious great room open concept offers ample seating for relaxing or kicking back for a movie! The open kitchen comes fully stocked and equipped with stainless appliances.

This 3 bedroom 3 bath home with a study offers a breezy open floor plan with room to stretch out or entertain. The master en-suite has a king size bed and walk in shower! The 1st Guest room offers a queen bed and is also en-suite with full bath. The 2nd Guest room has 2 Full size beds. The study area offers a queen size pull out sofa bed with great views of the pool area and bay waters. BTR#1715

All in All………Dock of the Bay will sleep 8 comfortably but will sleep 10!

Things to know:
- This property offers a 3 to 5 day supply of soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags
- You must be 25 years of age to book any of our properties. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants and will be
the responsible party.
- No Smoking. or vaping in the home – up to $500 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the house
- No Pets.
- No Parties.
- No Trailers
- No Parking in garage

IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE REGARDING HEATED POOL:
Pool heaters only function while the pool pump is running. The pool pump typically runs 8 to 10 hours per day.
When temperatures consistently stay below 65 degrees during the day and colder at night, it is not likely that the pool will achieve desired heated temperatures of 82 to 84 degrees. On the rare occasion our temperatures dip into the 40's, the pool heater will not be able to function adequately so will not be turned on.

*This property has a charge of $35/per day to increase the temperature of the pool over 84 degrees.

We do not give refunds or credits for cold weather and or mechanical failures. We will do everything possible to remedy any situation within our control.

Spring Break 2024
We had a fabulous stay in March for Spring Break. The house was just like described and had everything we needed including plenty of beach towels and chairs. The beach was just a short ride away and was so beautiful. Tons of local restaurants made dining out fun and delicious. The house also had a great kitchen that made eating in a breeze. Taylor from Seaside Property was great at answering questions and always quick to respond. Overall it was a great week and we would definitely go back!!

Christmas Vacation at Indian Rocks Beach
The house was perfect! It had everything we needed, it was clean and in a quiet, safe neighborhood. The layout of the house and bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our 20 year old sons and their wife and fiance. We had a lot of together time, along with space to get away. Mornings drinking coffee, visiting and watching dolphins was especially memorable. Thank you for a perfect stay! The beach and the sunsets were beautiful too!

We had a enjoyable stay in Indian Rocks! The house was clean and the property Manager, Taylor, was very responsive to minor concerns during our stay. It would be great if there were more or updated cooking utensils. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

Family Stay at the Dock of the Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 6 stayed here for a week and had a great time. PROS: The outdoor space is wonderful and spacious and the shaded patio was quite welcomed. The indoor space is mostly an open concept with the kitchen, dining, and living rooms all amenable to conversations. The bedrooms and bathrooms are nothing fancy but they are quiet and private. CONS: The kitchen. If you like to cook you will find that it is not stocked well at all. Very few pots and pans; not a sharp knife anywhere; few cooking utensils; only 4 wine glasses; limited amount of plates/forks/spoons, etc... However, the fridge is big and cold and the ice maker is fast. There are also 2 sinks, which is handy and the kitchen is large enough for several people to be working. Lastly, we only had 1 toilet roll per bathroom and 1 paper towel. You will probably need to replenish during your stay. Highly recommend Dock of the Bay and we would definitely stay here again.

Needs Some Work
Arrived to dirty living areas and a dirty pool. Management company sent another cleaner in on Sunday which we appreciated. Pool remained dirty until the pool repair company came on Thursday afternoon to replace the filter after stating “ that’s pretty dirty”. We realize this is not the fault of the property management company but still disappointing because we did not feel comfortable swimming in the pool after finding and using pool test strips under the kitchen sink. I did end up paying for a night at a nice hotel so we could enjoy swimming in clean pools for 2 days. The patio table is extremely cheap and missing a chair. It only rained once the week we were there but also rained in the house due to two separate areas in the ceiling that have water damage and have not been repaired. This lead to water streaming down from the ceiling onto the floor (I have video). The house is not well maintained by the owners (weeds and landscape included). The Nest alarm went off one evening upon entry, extremely loud, would not shut off. We were not ever given a solution for this other than to unplug it (didn’t help), wrap it in towels and place it in the garage in a cooler until it died. Pros: the house is well laid out, the master bedroom shower is fantastic, the location is good, the view is beautiful and the beach is pretty. The management company is also responsive in a timely manner. We made the best of it because we were all together.

Lounging in luxury!
Amazing! We enjoyed the property and the area. The management company was the best we have ever encountered and they went above and beyond to help make our trip memorable. We would highly recomend The Seaside Property Shoppe (property mgmy company)--they know the area, they worked hard to deal with variables, and they were creative with solutions and options. I will strive to use them again based on this eperience. Property was clean and stunning! No negatives to report at all! Worth every penny we spent and more!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The reclining furniture was so convenient for him as his mobility is limited. The dock was great for fishing. We lost count of how many fish we caught. So fun! The layout is great for large groups with several areas to gather. The back area was perfect for morning coffee. The pool is perfect also for evening swims. I was a little worried about not being on the Gulf but, honestly, this view was exceptional. The bedrooms were comfortable and bathrooms were updated and beautiful. A few small suggestions: there were only bedside lamps in the master suite. It would be nice to have bedside lamps in all 3 rooms. Also some hooks on the back of the bathroom doors and more towel racks would also be great. Other than that, the property was perfect! We would definitely return and surely hope we can!

We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon to use on the beach! The pool was clean and we enjoyed fishing off the dock! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing! We had 7 adults. The only comment I will make as a heads up for an adult guest is the queen mattress that was on the pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable. I would deem it pretty much unusable. As a result we had two 6 foot 3 people trying to sleep in two double beds. Not ideal. Overall though, a wonderful vacation home. The management company was VERY prompt and responsive. In 20 years of renting homes, they had the best response time.

One complaint is they guaranteed the pool to be heated to 80 (which I think was the agreed temp) however the homeowner turned the heat on at noon day of arrival. It took 3 days to heat up so unfortunately we weren’t able to use the pool as much as we intended with the kids. Location is very quiet so glad we rented a car and traveled to beaches, restaurants etc! Our family likes entertainment so we just had to go find the happenings. It is a beautiful view to enjoy your morning coffee & or evening night cap. Husband and kids fished off the dock. All in All our family loves FL so we enjoyed our week in October!

Great Spot for Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our family of 9 in June and had a great time. This is a beautiful home in Indian Rocks Beach. The house was very clean and spacious. The kids had plenty to do. The pool looks smaller in the pictures than what it is. It is perfect for cooling down and relaxing. It was great having the dock in the back to look out and see the water and fish off the dock. There are tennis/pickleball courts close by that we played at, and we found there were 6 additional pickle ball courts up on 16th street that were lighted. We rented bikes to get around. We rode our bikes to the beach. It was probably a 7 minute bike ride which wasn't bad at all. Renting a golf cart was an option but we decided to just bike and it was fine. There are several houses in the neighborhood that had signs in their yard against short term rentals. This didn't affect us in any way and everyone was friendly but it did give you a slight sense of feeling unwelcome just seeing the signs.We found lots of great restaurants in the area and only had one we wouldn't recommend. As far as our recommendations many of us had our best meal at TJ's Italian Cafe. Highly recommend. Also, check out the restaurant Seaweed, particularly if you like sushi. We also loved the Salt Shack on the Bay. This is has a really awesome view of the bay and the food was excellent as well. DJ's Clam Shack was also a favorite place of ours. It's not fancy, but it has really good food. We liked the shrimp and lobster roll. We went to Clearwater one day and ate at Crabby's dockside which was really good. For ice cream we found Tropical Ice Cream and Coffee. They have tons of flavors to choose from and serve really good portions. Really good ice cream. If you like miniature golf check out Smugglers Cove. The have really unique holes and you can feed alligators. Home is also close to beaches of IRB. Home nicely appointed and allows for stay at home dining including food preparation (plus grill) and utensils. Could use a larger pot for boiling multiple boxes of pasta or seafood. Downside to our vacation was the red tide issues that were around in all beach areas we visited from Amelia Island down to Fort Meyers.

The pool, dock and seating area are were we spent most of our time when at the house...very relaxing for us adult - it's private and the kids loved the pool, day and night. Our last morning we saw dolphins swimming near the dock - beautiful! A couple notes...2 of the 3 bathrooms looked newly renovated which was nice. We didnt know that a pack n' play was already there -we wouldn't have brought our own if we knew. Property management provided quick service when we inquired on the pool heater, which we appreciated. You CAN walk to the beach but we drove for convenience; location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Bring your fishing poles - we caught a few fish one evening. Jennifer and her team are the best!

Beautiful gem on the bay
Check in was very simple. The house was clean and well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. We were able to see an abundance of wildlife off the back deck. Neighborhood was quiet.

Pure relaxation at it's finest!
A great trip to Indian Rocks this year! We decided to stay on the intercoastal versus the beach and I loved the separation between the two. We rented a golf cart and I would highly suggest it. It's quite a distance with all the beach gear in tow! The house was very spacious with each bedroom having It's own bathroom and a large open kitchen/living area. The only complaint I have is that the kitchen could use some sprucing and some additional equipment to make it functional. The view made up for it tenfold though! Property management was available in real time and provided everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!
