What a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Graig was so accommodating with our need for a pack and play and high chair. Its so close to the ocean you can almost step outside to enjoy. Quiet and relaxing place for us to unwind. Loved our stay and will certainly be back again!

Beach vacation with the "grands"
Comfortable spacious and user friendly home - 5 people all were happy with the space and the swim spa especially the grandkids. The weather was cool and windy so this added feature was well used and enjoyed by all.

Although the property isn’t beach front, the proximity to the beach is very close.
The process is very easy. It gives the impression it is beachfront. Don’t be fooled, it isn’t. Although, it is a very short walk. The Beach Wave restaurant/bar across the street is fabulous. Overall, I would rate my experience as good.

Great place!
The location of the Laughing Lizard was within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, a breakfast cafe and more. We loved our time there and would consider renting the whole place for a family reunion! The swim spa was a bonus, although since it was hot, hot outside, we didn't get in it since the water was so warm. It would be great on a cooler weather day. It was nice to have a beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas available.

Great location
This property is in a great place, with quick access to the beach. The street crossing was busy at times, but it was an easy walk to the beach. The condo was stocked with tons of things needed for the week’s stay. The place was clean and comfortable and very welcoming. The property manager was extremely easy to work with. We absolutely loved this place. Washer and dryer were nice and worked well. *My only complaint would be, there were only 4 wash clothes in the condo.*

I stayed here with my two children ages 3 and 8 and my cousin and we had a blast. Such a short walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants within walking distance with the convenience of eating in certain meals with full kitchen. Having washer/dryer was also super convenient. Would definitely come back!

Amazing location, Clean & Accommodating home, Extremely Responsive Guest Contact
Myself and my 3 best friends of 20 years like to go on vacation once a year together to spend quality time since we all live in different states now as adults. WOW, we are so happy we chose this unit to stay in. Here's why - 1. Location - If you're looking to be close to the beach without paying extremely high prices, this is your spot. There was ample parking for us to park 2 cars here and were within walking distance to the beach (it took us probably under 2 minutes to walk there) and didn't have to worry about public parking. You're also very close to a bunch of wonderful restaraunts, cafe's for morning breakfast & coffee, nail salons, ice cream shops, etc. Despite the absolute perfect location, we never felt overwhelmed by any noise at night and our stay was so peaceful. 2. Cleanliness - The unit was fully cleaned and up to standards with fresh sheets, beds made, complimentary toiletries, and accommodations. We didn't do much cooking but it was stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. so we never needed to go out and buy anything to cook with. There was a washer/ dryer in the unit that we could've used (but never did). So wonderful! 3. Guest Contact Responsiveness - We felt fully prepared for our stay prior to arrival, but our guest contact went out of the way to text us when the unit was ready so we could check in an hour early. They also were extremely responsive when we asked if we could keep our car parked in the designated spot at the property so that we could go to the beach for the morning before our flights home. Truly 5 star service! Additional positives that are worth noting - - I like to sleep with a fan on for white noise. I couldn't bring one on the plane with me, so I was happy one was provided here. - The unit comes with beach towels, toys, umbrellas, supplies, etc. if you need anything and the guest contact is more than happy to let you use them. - All the appliances worked - no issue with any broken dishwashers, toilets, refridgerator, etc. One small negative worth noting - - This unit is attached to another larger unit either upstairs or right beside, and I could hear another traveler snoring in the unit adjacent in the middle of the night which was slightly unpleasant but nothing I couldn't drown out with the trusty fan provided! Thank you, Lizard Lair, for such a wonderful stay. My friends and I talked about how we would love to come back every year to rest and relax. This place is such a gem and the experience was exactly what we needed.
