THINGS TO KNOW:
•Guests are strongly urged to purchase trip insurance offered by Airbnb. This would financially cover unforeseeable events i.e. weather related incidents, airline cancellation, inability to travel due to sickness, death in the family).

•Lawn service (Mondays 1X a week) and pool service (Mondays and Thursdays 2X a week) must enter the backyard to service this property. They have service days but they do NOT announce their arrival and they do NOT have set times. If you have privacy issues with lawn and pool providers needing to enter the backyard while you are a guest, this is NOT the right home for you. Again, these are not optional services-they are required to maintain home to the highest standards.

•We do not provide firewood. If you want to use the fire pit, bundles of wood can be purchased at the nearby grocery store.
