This really cute beach house is located right across the street from the beautiful sugar sand beach of Madeira Beach. This fun home away from home is literally steps from the action, grocery stores, drug stores, multiple shops, restaurants and live entertainment. It has recently been renovated and tastefully decorated. There are 2 bedrooms plus an enclosed Florida room that has been turned into a 3rd bedroom. New windows and beautiful warm wood flooring throughout. The home is filled with natural light from abundant windows and doors. You’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with custom cabinetry, washer/dryer and an eat-in area. The bright living area offers a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. A real rarity is the back yard with an automatic gate, a nicely furnished patio and grill area. Ample private and secure parking for at least 2 cars available.

For additional family fun we also provide 2 bikes, 3 boogie boards, 6 beach chairs, 2 children chairs, ladder toss game, a beach wagon and lots of toys such as footballs, basketball, kids toys, floats, tents, skim board, paddle board game. Feeling happy at “Happy Home” is guaranteed :)!

Charming House with a great location!
Overall the property was fabulous! Great location right next to public beach access. Lots of beach accessories available for use. Only downside was the bathroom water pressure left a bit to be desired especially with four teens/adults in the house. Very easy checkin process and the description was very accurate!

We really enjoyed the place. It was well taken care of it had everything we needed, and on top of that we did run into a couple small issues and it was taken care of immediately I think that’s a good sign of a great place that they can take care we were really impressed and will definitely book with them again

Overall Excellent Stay!
Property Manager was amazing and excellent to communicate with. They let us check in early and were very helpful with the codes needed to enter the property. Overall the house was very clean and tidy. Lots of places to sit and sleep. Some of the bedding what’s some stains that were crusted on so it did not look like those were washed. Very close to the beach, restaurant and shops!

Nice house. Was very clean and well equipped. Could use blinds in bedrooms(instead of just blinds) since street lights show through at night. Great location to beach and walking distance to shops, coffee and restaurants!

Perfect home for the beach!
Perfect 3 bedroom room to stay in for a small family or small group of friends. Has only one bathroom but we knew that going in. Love the decor and location of this property. Short walk to John’s Pass for restaurants and shopping. Easy walk to the beach! Loved that the owners left a key to the outside storage shed with plenty of chairs, bicycles, etc…. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

My sister and I went on the spur of the moment. We had a great time and loved the location. The rental was clean and just as pictured. Red Tide was active when we were in FL, if it wasn’t for that I would not have missed having a pool. The street is busy but quieted down by 9 or 10. We were NOT there at spring break. Overall it was a nice stay.

Excellent stay
The property is in a wonderful location. There is a convenient crosswalk and short walk to beach. The house is comfortable and has many conveniences. the front bedroom is a little warmer than the rest of the house and is a more road noise can be heard. but not a deal breaker. The house has been updated, but finishes are wearing a bit from constant use. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would rent from the company again. We had no issues thankfully and received timely communication regarding check in.

Great location and clean
Very clean and comfortable with a short walk across the street to the beach. The owner has a shed full of beach chairs, 2 bikes, a cooler and plenty of toys! Great little house. The only downside is one bathroom. With a full house it can be a challenge to shower, etc. Kitchen is well stocked and there is private parking behind the house that is gated. Can walk or ride the bikes to John’s Pass. Would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location and cute house. Close to John's Pass and the beach. Having the gated in parking was really nice. For being so close to the road, didn't get much street noise. Only downfall is no dishwasher or pantry but other than that great beach house! And mgt was super responsive with any questions or concerns.

This place was fantastic for our vacation BUT it was explained to us there were 2 parking places. We got a ticket because we got there too late to see much and parked and didn’t know we had to pay until the ticket. It needs to be stated in the message that you have to park in the backyard not the side yard. We got a code but no details about where to park. It definitely is worth staying there though.

Company was horrible to work with.
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. They were an absolute pain to work with and did not help us one bit with any questions we had, they had an attitude with every question. Never responded to texts or calls when we couldn’t get into the home and we had to figure out parking and codes on our own. Property wasn’t bad but the company made this stay a pain.

Clean beach home
A great property close to the beach with some minimal irritations. Overall, it’s a great stay. The place is more than accommodating for your needs and big enough for two families coming together. Who doesn’t love being close to the beach? Right across the street! Downsides: the master bedroom has no curtains (only blinds) and next door, so long as people are out there partying and using their hot tub- you’ll be woken up all night. Obviously you’re right on the road so you’re going to hear loud cars/ motorcycles as you sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Just a heads up Tiny inconvenience that the crosswalk isn’t closer but it also isn’t necessarily far. Overall 4/5 !

Perfect Beach Getaway for small families
This property exceeded our expectations! It was clean, well-appointed, and stylishly updated. It was the perfect size for the 4 members our family that stayed in the house. We appreciated the clean linens and towels and all of the wonderful beach supplies. They provided everything you could need for a day on the beach: a wagon, chairs, umbrella, floats, and games. The walk to the beach was quick and easy, even crossing the 4 lane road was much easier than we anticipated. Lovely find!

Beach getaway
The location of this property was amazing! Right across the street from a beach walkway and quite possibly the best equipped rental we’ve ever seen. Beach chairs, toys, tents, umbrellas, floats, skim boards, - you name it they had it. Apart from being super walkable, the house was cute, clean, and quiet. The outdoor space is nice, the private parking is clutch, and the kitchen was well equipped. The beds were super comfy and they actually supplied quality linens and towels - not the thin cheap ones you normally see. We love Madeira Beach and this house was an amazing find. We will definitely be back!
