Great sunset view beach front condo!

2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront front condo. Incredible sunset view from the balcony. The complex has a private beachfront pool and hot tub which walks out to the white, sandy gulf beaches. Newly remodeled fully functional kitchen. Just minutes from Clearwater and St Pete. Amenities galore. There is currently construction to the exterior of the building from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on weekdays only. There will be varying levels of noise during those hours. There is NO construction to the unit itself. The pool and hot tub will not be affected by the work. Daily rates have been updated accordingly.

Beautiful Island views
Location was wonderfully set between the ocean and canal with easy walk to beach, alongside pool entry. Bird sanctuary next door was cool to overlook. Birds weren't overly loud. We watched them hang out in the tree canopy. Cool place to visit. Grocery was nearby 5 minute drive in either direction. St Johns Pass was also very close at 15 minutes. We saw a dolphin there while dining at Crabbys. Host was very attentive and made sure we were able to access the suite easily. They had a wagon, tent and alot of toys to take to beach. They also had coolers to take there. This was a well thought out condo for features. Kitchen and dining room both looked remodeled with newer furniture. We would stay here again!

Pictures are accurate,clean, comfortable beds, spacious,kind friendly people,great low key area not overly crowded. Plenty of restaurants & shopping within the area. Key locks could use some updating on the pool area and common area . Thank you for a great June vacation.

8We stayed for a week in June and this condo was A+. Affordable and well kept. Owner was super quick to reply when we got lost. FYI if the VRBO says 18302 it's 18320, I apparently can't read messages. In any case, great location, take the trolley, enjoy this gem.

Sisters extra long weekend
This condo was perfect for my two sisters and I. Location was perfect and close to everything you need. The owner and property manager were excellent to work with and responded quickly to any questions, before during and after trip. The kitchen is well stocked with quality supplies and utensils. I’m a frequent traveler to this area and I now have a go to property. I can’t say enough about the view the distance and access to the beach have never been better. You can’t and won’t go wrong in selecting this unit. All three of us enjoyed our visit and our stay.

This property was better than the pictures! The kitchen is big, has plenty of space and all kitchen items that you may need. The two bedrooms are roomy and have plenty of space. The second bathroom is small, but is functional and updated. They have all beach items that you may need an umbrella, chairs, sand toys and a wagon. The boogie boards were broken, so we bought two and left them, so you have all you need for the beach. They provided enough beach towels too. The location was great, just a few steps from the beach. The pool was small but so nice! The only downside is there were no lights at night in the pool area. They have two outside grills that are big and nice. This place is prefect if you want to be close to the beach and away from people.

We've stayed in this building in the past. This 5th floor condo was perfect for us. Sunset view from the balcony was perfect. Watching the birds next door was mesmerizing. Numerous nearby eateries were great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Adequate cookware and dishes, however, a few serving size bowls would have been helpful. Frypan may be past it life expectancy.

We had everything we needed and were able to walk to mini golf and restaurants in both directions. The condo was spacious and comfortable. The beds were much better than the average Vrbo bed. The pool and beach were wonderful. It was cold during our stay and there was still plenty of fun to be had.

Pleasant stay on Gulf Coast
We found this to be a comfortable, clean and enjoyable stay. The photos were a good reflection of the property. We loved the spacious living and dinning room areas which allowed us to have our local Florida families stop in. The pool was amazing, well kept and we often had it to ourselves. Access to the beach is close and convenient. We appreciated the wagon and beach towels that were available for us to use. Kitchen was adequate for our needs though we did not make many meals while there. We knew going in that the exterior was being remodeled. It’s obvious it will be a significant improvement but the noise was a bit more than we had anticipated, but again we were usually out during the day and the evenings were quiet. The building is a bit older but very clean and quiet. Every one we met was kind and friendly. The location was great with a lot of great restaurant options. We also appreciated the convenient parking. The two minor issuers were the lack of water pressure in the master bathroom sink and the bird droppings on the balcony. A lot of birds in the area, maybe because there is a bird sanctuary next door. We loved the view of the ocean, even able to watch sunsets but the droppings were annoying. We had one minor issue that required we contact the owner and we got an immediate response. Overall we would highly recommend this condo and choose to stay there again.

We really enjoyed our vacation. Unit really nice. We really liked location pretty much within 20 minutes you could go to Clearwater, St.Pete, or Tampa. We had everything we needed. The bird rescue next door makes it where you can see and hear all the birds of Florida. The pool did not have any lighting, other then a light in hot tub, and one at the grills. If, you want to take a stroll on the beach after 10pm your fob for pool deck will not work, and we could not find anywhere to wash our feet off. If, you plan on using trolley, and using cash. They do not take bigger then a $10. You can use debit card and scan and pay too. $2.25 for adults and $1.10 for children Shelling was amazing. My daughter even found a shark tooth. We would stay here again. Thank you for a great vacation

Well located condo on nice quiet beach. Had the chance to see a lot of marine life ( Dolphins, Manta and stingray, Manatees). Pool perfectly located between condo and beach. Unit is spacious and functional, but doormats and blinds need to be changed. There is currently construction between 8 am and 3pm on weekdays. Host was available and replied quickly to emails.

This place has all the amenities you need for a wonderful beach vacation! So many choices to eat out and short car ride for places to see. I especially loved the beach for all the little shells and soft sands, once done with the beach you can relax pool side in the pool and hot tub or sun bathe by the pool. Early morning coffee out on the balcony listening to the birds. If you feel like cooking in the kitchen is stocked with cook ware or cook steaks out by the pool watch the sunset. Beach chairs and few pool floaties avail for your kids. Next door as mentioned is a bird sanctuary for injured birds found in the area free to walk around. The tolley is wonderful since parking can be little spendy $2.10 per person or $10 unlimited for 5 people gets you to clearwater and other places! ..so much fun our most favorite place to stay in florida😊 Building is geting some upgrades which is going to be beautiful color when done. Owners are ver responsive and have a wonderful place to stay.

Our stay was perfect! The weather was amazing, the water was beautiful, and the condo was very clean, extremely comfortable, and well-stocked. The location of the condo provided a gorgeous view of the sunsets from the beach just a few steps away or right from the kitchen as I was making dinner each evening. The beach wasn't crowded, and we thoroughly enjoyed hearing all of the birds at the bird sanctuary next door. We would LOVE to stay at this location again!

What a great condo. Located so close to the beach with fabulous views of the gulf and the bay side. The building was quiet even with the current construction. The condo is well tended to except for the kitchen fan. It needs to be cleaned. Overall, we would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful Beach and Excellent Views
We loved the location of this condo, near everything, beach, pools, restaurants and nearby attractions. Condo is spacious and view from the balcony was fabulous. Condo had everything we needed. When we arrived we found that the dishwasher was not run and dirty dishes were put in the cupboard. We just loaded the dishwasher and washed everything. Some furnishings are a little worn. More hooks and towel racks for towels and bathing suits would be helpful. Cleaning crew could be more attentive, like replacing burned out bulbs and cleaning a little more thoroughly. It was nice having 2 full bathrooms, but master bath sink had really low water pressure. There was construction, but it was barely noticeable in this unit. The pool was excellent, clean and not crowded. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. Checking in and out of this location was a breeze.

Condo was perfect- great amount of towels, beach chairs, dishes- everything provided generously. Close to beach and pool was warm. Doug very quick to answer questions. Loved walking around Johns Pass, touristy n fun. Many good dining places close by too. Construction was ongoing but certainly didn’t bother us. Other tenants helpful n nice.

Nice condo – well-equipped including towels and equipment for beach/pool. Clean and good info provided for check in and out. Doug was very responsive with a few questions we had, and he provided great information & the resources we needed. Very nice pool area with lots of chairs available at all times. And very handy beach access – not crowded on the beach. We would return in the future.

Fabulous Week & Stay
The condo was everything we could have hoped for! The four of us are in education; we were looking for a relaxing week off, and that’s exactly what we found! The condo was very clean; it had everything we needed. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the balcony was fabulous for bird watching and amazing ocean and intercostal waterway views! The pool area was such a bonus! We used the charcoal grilling area which was great and easy, and the pool/hot tub were always clean and warm. There were plenty of lounge chairs all around the pool area. The beach was wonderful too! We used the trolley as well; we got the week-long pass which was also easy and very cheap, and the pick up points were just just across the street and then a few steps away from the building. We loved the condo and our experience! Yes, there is construction going on, but many of the condos in the area are also doing the same work. Overall, we loved our stay, the general location, and how wonderful the host was to work with! We are looking at our schedules to come back next year!
