A great vacation starts with a great place to stay.
A very nice, clean, well maintained place to stay! Soooo great. Easy access to anywhere in the Tampa bay and gulf coast. Great amenities and private. This was by far the best vacation rental we have ever rented. It was very clean. Excellent host!

Spotless apartment in an amazing location!
This apartment was perfect for my husband and I. We were in town for a wedding in downtown and this was a great location. There’s always parking provided, the studio looks amazing with its renovations and the host was so easy to communicate with and helpful. Wonderful place to stay
We were so super pleased with the accommodations here. Parking was so easy and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and delicious chocolates! This is a very large and beautiful studio, clean and organized with lots of extras. Anything you needed was there. Harriet was a great communicated. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This is a beautiful home in an area of beautiful homes. Easy on off from the freeway, all the amenities a person could want, and did I mention a beautiful home. Terrific unit in StP!
Great space. Perfect for our 5 day stay. Lots of space. Kitchen was fully supplied with utensils, pots and pans, dishware, silverware, Keurig, dish soap, dishwasher detergent. We really appreciated all the extras in the kitchen as well - the fully stocked spice rack, oil, vinegar, selection of K-cups. Big bathroom and shower, lots of towels. Access to the washer and dryer was another plus. We also appreciated the secure access to Wi-Fi and Netflix. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nice and comfortable studio
We loved this studio apartment! Everything was easy. The communication with the owner was easy, the check in and out was easy, and the apartment was nice and clean. We cooked a couple of nights and everything in the kitchen worked. The bathroom was beautiful and I loved the reclining leather couch and the big screen TV. The apartment is located about 10 minutes from downtown. We had a car and for us the location was perfect. Thank you for the hospitality.

Very comfortable space!
Our friends live in St. Pete and we needed a place to stay so we could attend their Christmas party. We booked Allendale Terrace for the weekend. We chose this property because of the great location - both for downtown and proximity to our friends. Our hosts were amazing and they really have thought of everything. The bed was so comfortable. Both of us slept great. The space was extremely clean and very quiet. We have already shared this property with our local friends so they can pass along the info to anyone visiting the area. And we will definitely be back. Thank you both for your hospitality and thank you again for the wine and chocolate - such a sweet surprise!

The apartment was so roomy and clean with tons of huge closet and cupboard space to store your things. It looks exactly like the pics. The bed, couch, recliner were all super comfortable. I had just had surgery and I slept well on the couch and in the bed. The shower is very roomy, lots of hot water, excellent water pressure with your choice of the big flat shower head or the removable unit. I would definitely book again if I need to stay in the area. The owner is quick to respond to messages, very friendly and super sweet, does live next-door, but is very quiet. I highly recommend this place

Spotlessly clean well appointed studio.
The studio is exactly as shown in the picture. It says WOW when you open the door, to the modern spotless fresh decor. We have stayed in numerous holiday rentals and none were as well equipped as this one. In addition to the indoor space there is a patio for your use. The location is central, one way to the beaches and the other way to downtown and the waterfront with trendy restaurants. There are also parks in the area, perfect for families to enjoy. Harriett welcomes you to her home as she would a family friend, she bends over backwards to make your stay as delightful as possible. We will certainly return for another visit.
