Nestled on the beautiful shoreline of Sunset Beach in Treasure Island. Enjoy long stretches of pearly-white sand, sparkling blue waters and incredible sunsets.

Several restaurants, pubs, and live music are within walking distance. John’s Pass Village is a short drive away where you’ll find dolphin/sunset cruises, fishing charters, jet ski rentals, shopping, and fabulous restaurants.

The Space
You'll be very comfortable in this 2 bedroom/2 bath beach front condo. The master bedroom has a king size bed; the 2nd bedroom has two comfortable full sized beds. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for making meals. The bathrooms are modern and completely updated. Very comfortable living room for relaxing evenings. Enjoy sitting outside while watching the sunset every evening while sipping on your favorite drink.

Parking for two cars is free on site. Very easy to get around the beaches whether you're driving or taking the Free Beach Ride. Several restaurants are within walking distance.

Wonderful Getaway in Perfect Location
My daughter, granddaughter, and I stayed five nights in Miguel and Margarita’s lovely condo and we wish it had been longer! They are great hosts with excellent communication. We arrived to find a thoughtful welcome basket and special gift for my granddaughter. The condo is directly on the ocean and it was extremely comfortable and fit our needs perfectly. We appreciated the extra towels and sand toys, as well as the kitchen and bathroom amenities. The condo is directly on the beach and we enjoyed all that had to offer including seeing dolphins almost daily and glimpses of manatees as well. We rented a car and it was easy driving to sites and activities in the area. It truly could not have been a more perfect “beach getaway” and we’re thankful to our hosts for all they did to ensure we had a great time!

We had an amazing time at this beach condo! The location was perfect, just steps away from the sand with stunning ocean views. The VRBO host was incredibly accommodating, and the facility was spotless. Our kids loved the pool—we'll certainly be back. Highly recommend!

Fantastic
Wonderful place! You feel so welcome the minute you are in the door,welcome basket,fresh cut flowers. Very clean, and they thought of everything you would need and more. There are beach chairs,unbrellas, beach towels, chairs to sit up by condo and grills.Can sit out and watch beautiful sunsets, and we saw dolphins almost everyday. Picked sand dollars on the sand bar out a bit,and there were alot out there! Beach is great and not busy.All in all a great stay and would highly recommend ! Thanks Miguel!!

Wonderful getaway steps from beach!
This was a wonderful location so close to the beach! My father can't walk far and Clearwater area beaches are wide so this was a perfect spot. The unit was roomy and comfortable and the hosts were top-notch! Such courteous communication from booking to stay to departure. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location on the beach
Great place to stay with immediate beach access. Condo is well layed out and accommodating. You may have to look for some things (microwave is tucked away) but we had an enjoyable stay at this property.

We had a great time visiting Treasure Island December 26 - 29. The property was well maintained and Miguel's condo gave us all the comforts of home! He is a great communicator and gave us great advice for activities as well as his neighbors! We highly recommend considering a vacation here!

A wonderful week in paradise!
This property is exactly as advertised! It is the perfect location to relax and unwind. It is beachfront with a front row to the most beautiful sunsets and gorgeous ocean views! The unit itself is well appointed, comfortable, extremely clean and very well maintained. The owners have thought of everything you may need and it is available for you to use! The check in process was a breeze and the LOCAL owners are quick communicators, not only for problems or issues (which we did not have) but for local recommendations and ideas as well. We love this location so very much and look forward to staying in this unit again next year. Thanks Miguel & Margarita for a wonderful week!! Until next time…

Amazing getaway!
The hosts were amazing and responded quickly to any of our questions. Clean condo, everything you needed. This was the closest I've ever seen a condo to the shore! Beautiful! Great location to all the fun things , we'd definitely recommend this place and would go back again!
