PROPERTY is full furnished...(1) One Bedroom...(1) Bath...NO SMOKING...PETS allowed with FEE....Beautiful WATERFRONT Condo complete unit can be used for up to 4, PLEASE note the price is for 1-2, the additional adults are an additional $50.00 per week..even if more than one night.... for cleaning purposes (sheets, towels etc.....Sunroom is seperate with private glass door for private sleeping area.... the sofa bed in the living room is a double sofa bed Prefer min. 3 day rental @ $110.00 night

Completely redone, Complete FULL kitchen, Jacuzzi Tub in Main Bathroom, Huge organizer closet in master bedroom, Dinning, Living room and a whole other glass enclosed room that can be opened up or used for a bedroom. Full sized washer and dryer in unit for your convenience. This unit is only a 7 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico across the street with wonderful white sand beaches and public parking if desired... (but walk is so worth the few minutes). Grocery Stores, restaurants and other great shops to go to.... This is a must see!!! ..... There is a charge/deposit for PETS, please take note.

Relaxing Stay!
From booking to checkout, and everything in between, our stay was fantastic! The condo is perfect, it has everything you could possibly need or want. The dock at night is peaceful and relaxing….we would definitely go back again!

Perfect for our family
Comparing it to the listing it met every aspect. It’s about a 10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk in total to the ocean because the sand bank is deep and beautiful. For what it is I’d give it 5 stars but due to small details like need cosmetic repairing I rated the stay a 4. It was worth the price and great communication with management.

We stayed 2 months in this condo and enjoyed our time. Shawn was quick to answer any questions we had. This is a beautiful area to be in with a walking path a block away. The beach is a 15 minute walk and beautiful! The condo is all updated and clean.

We had a great time during our stay! We worked with Shawn to address some issues early on as there had been a big storm the night before but he was extremely diligent and timely in both responding and acting to help us out despite having a lot going on. I didn't like it at all. I am fighting VRBO for a refund. It was advertised as a 3 bedroom. As elderly adults our own space is needed. It was 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a pull out sofa bed which was the most uncomfortable thing you'd ever want to try to sleep on. There was a bench with a cushion for 3rd bedroom...very small and slopes down...back breaking to say the least. The unit was clean and very nice in appearance. It was advertised as a 7 minute walk to the beach...maybe if your 20 or 30 you can sprint it but not for anyone over 60. I stayed 1 uncomfortable miserable night there instead of the 3 i had reserved. I am fighting for a full refund. The place is clean and nice for a young couple

Rarely does a rental exceed your expectations - this one did and some!! Located on a beautiful quiet street, overlooking the water, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and fun on Gluf Blvd. The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean- almost like everything was brand new. The morning sunrise and breakfast in the sunroom was a favorite spot to plan the day. Shawn replied immediately to any questions and super helpful with any suggestions / directions etc. We will highly recommend this condo to family and friends. Thank you Shawn
