Great location
Overall we had a great time at this condo. Extremely clean and the views are incredible for sunset. We were able to walk to the local restaurants and it is a short drive to Johns Pass. Would stay here again!

Beautiful ocean view. Nice walk path right in front of condo. Calm and warm water and beautiful beach. The condo has outside grill and a nice pool! My family had a great time!!

Very nice! View is incredible!
Enjoyed 3 days here with my daughter. Very nice place. We enjoyed the beach every day. Construction going on property next door (building) which at times was very loud, but we made the best of it. Would stay again.

This was a very nice clean place. The balcony was great. Sat out in the morning with our coffee and saw dolphins in the water! The sunsets are amazing on the Gulf. The location is perfect.

Property was a little dated, but the gulf view was amazing, it was quiet and had the necessities we needed. Loved that they included laundry pods too. Very walkable area and the heated pool was never busy. We will stay again. Great communication by the property managers too.

Beach condo
We had a great time at South Beach Condo. Overlooked the Gulf of Mexico. Close to restaurants, used chairs and beach umbrella that they had in room, pool was open from 8am-11pm. Room was clean and had everything you would need. Would definitely come back again!

Relaxing and Beautiful
We had a really wonderful time. The property was well maintained, beautiful. It was quiet, but also close to stores and restaurants. We saw amazing fireworks on the 4th. The only down side was the walk to the beach is a tad bit long, but I needed the exercise after all the vacation eating. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo is a little dated but overall a very nice place to stay. Loved the beach view and having laundry and 2 bathrooms were very nice too. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Loved having ping pong, shuffleboard and bags a available for our teenager and the heated pool was never very busy. Great location within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Safe area and we love the sunsets from the balcony too. Property managers were very quick to respond. We will be back.

Was a great location right on beach. Property was clean and well maintained. You do have to finish the reservation on another site, which makes the process and billing more complicated (prices are close, but don't match exactly). They also require an additional insurance fee or large deposit which should be included.

Getting away from northern gloom
Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beachfront with an excellent 5th floor view of beach and surrounding area! Plenty to do in Treasure Island!!!! Lots of eateries and nightlife entertainment at local pubs and hangouts!! We all had a great time!!! Weather was nice and warm with just a bit of rain. Ran into an issue with refrigerator which was addressed quickly and compensated with dinner cruise tickets!!! Thank you everyone for a great time!!!

Treasure Island Getaway
Being on the 5th floor, the view was beautiful! Plenty of room for 6 of us and always nice to have a kitchen to prepare meals. The elevator was timely. Plenty of parking space. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The grounds are beautiful, pool was warm with plenty of chairs and lounges. The unit doesn’t guarantee it, but there were several beach chairs and an umbrella left behind for use. Outdoor shower to rinse sandy feet. The other guests were friendly and quiet. The sunsets are amazing. We loved our stay here!

An overall great experience!
The location and views were great and the unit was clean. Nothing fancy but had everything we needed. The pool temperature was like bath water. Would absolutely stay here again. The only negative was that they are building a new condo complex next door so it was very noisy during business hours. We spent most of the day on the beach, so it only affected our mornings. Don't be fooled by the poor choice of exterior building color. This is a great property to stay at!
