Convenience in Dunedin

We had a terrific stay at this well kept and generously outfitted property. In a great location, close to everything but pleasantly quiet. Very responsive and attentive owners. Would definitely stay again.

Amazing little place!!

Amazing little place!! Tastefully designed and decorated!! Neat cottage feel and very private. Clean, cozy, comfortable…and very convenient location! Lots to do in town. Great folks to deal with!!!!! Will be back.

Dunedin stay

The property was good but a little small. It was good for the few days we were there and it is really close the the shops and restaurants of Dunedin. If you are over 6 feet tall you will have to watch your head. We stay in #2 on the same property and it was just as good. Just make sure that you know what you are looking for before booking. The home was good and the location was the best.

Absolutely wonderful

This is the best VRBO I have stayed at. It was very clean with all the extras. It even had a small cooler and chairs for the beach. I really enjoyed the common area for morning coffee and visit a bit with others. The location was in easy walking to the Dunedin shops and restaurants.

Time in Dunedin

Fully equip rental close to downtown fun. Only problem was that the pull out sofa bed was full of crumbs and candy wrappers and ceiling fan was covered in dust otherwise a very comfortable stay

Great small apartment

We really enjoyed being at this tiny rental. Has all the amenities we need and nice patio outside to boot. Walking distance to everything. Loved it!! Very responsive and thoughtful owner. Thank you!

Everything was great.

Everything was great. Especially liked how new the recent rehab was. New bathroom and kitchen etc!! The ceiling might be too low for someone any taller than me at 6’ 1”.
