Very good stay
Property manager was on top of any thing that was requested. Pool got dirty after rain and yard work and as the pool doesn't have a skimer it takes a long time to clear up.

Close to beaches but located in a quiet neighborhood away from tourists. Quaint house with all basic necessities for a vacation.

The host was great and very helpful and the house was perfect was for us. The pool was great to have for our 3 year old on days we didn’t go to the beach and being able to use the grill was awesome. We will definitely be back.

Great little gem
Superb communication from the host, we appreciated all the recommendations. Very clean property with thoughtful little touches throughout - throw blankets, storage cubes, beach towels and toys, kids plastic ware, decorative pieces. Living room is very spacious, our family of 5 easily fit on the sectional. It was very nice to have our very own pool. Easy drive to many beaches and easy commute to Tampa.

Too many cameras
We enjoyed the stay and the house. Our only negative part is that everywhere you be outside, we were being watched. I understand security it’s important, but too many cameras. We didn’t feel private. Another thing. Property allows pet, but the owner will charge an extra $100 fee for the cleaning. Although cleaning fee is charged already in the rental. That was our only negative experience. Its the first time that I have to pay an extra fee while in the property because of my 3lb dog. The owner texted me, because she saw in the camera our small dog. So felt like we were watched the entire time🙁
