You will love Ocean Breeze Cottage! The 1938 cottage has an "old style Key West charm"! is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything you need. The beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beach is right across the street and the world famous John's Pass Village is only short walk where you will find an abundant amount of shops and restaurants, along water activities. The cottage is perfect for an individual, one couple, two couples or a small family.

The cottage is filled with amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable stay and includes Spectrum WiFi internet, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, AC and heat , and parking for two cars.

The courtyard is set in a tropical landscaped setting and is lined with Augusta bricks from the historic Ybor town. There is a Weber grill to cook a nice meal and plenty of seating to just relax. There are plenty of beach equipment available to use for those beach days.

There is an additional one bedroom / one bath beach cottage (Bay Breeze) that is perfect for a couple that is located on the back of the property with its own separate gated entrance and parking. This cottage is also available to rent for those who want to vacation with another couple and would like to have them next door (depending on availability). To book the cottage on Vrbo, please search for the ID number 9218830.

The cottage is perfect for short and longer term vacation rental.

Smoking is NOT allowed INSIDE the cottage.
Must be a minimum of 25 years of age and must be a guest to book the cottage to rent the cottage.

The entire cottage is fenced in and a small pet is welcome to play in the courtyard! Please select “pet” at the time of booking. A pet fee will apply at booking. The Bicentennial Beach Park is close by and the neighborhood is great for for walking the dog.

Charming little cottage, great location
Short walk to John's Pass. Nice little fenced in yard for the dog. Very comfortable place to stay. The host was very gracious and easy to deal with. (Please note that the local beaches are not dog friendly, but many bars and restaurants in the area are dog friendly. The nearest dog beach is De Soto Park).

Loved the location and access to all the beach gear was greatly appreciated. Comfy beds. Clean house. There was toilet paper left by previous guest otherwise that would be the only negative of this rental.

Loved this little cottage!
We had a fabulous time visiting Madeira beach and staying at the Cozy Cottage! The house was stocked with all we could need and the fenced backyard was perfect for our dog. Easy, short walk to the beautiful beach and short walk to John's Pass too! The owner was so helpful when I had a question about the TV. Cottage was clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Awesome location
Awesome, perfect location. 2 min walk to the beach, the house had a good selection of beach equipment also. 10 min walk to Johns Pass. The house is on the small side, was OK for 2 adults and 2 kids. Owners were quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. Would definitely visit again just for the location.

Quaint Perfect Get Away
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is perfect - right across from the beautiful Madeira Beach which is one of the best beach areas near Clearwater. Also, within walking distance to John's Pass which has a number of cute shops and good restaurants. The place was cozy, comfortable with a back yard that is great for relaxing and enjoying the shade while reading a good book or napping. We would definitely go back.

It’s always super important to us that our dogs are able to vacation with us. Usually this means a less desirable location or less clean place. This house is a in a great location and clean. This was our first time at the big house as last time we stayed at the little house. Both times were great!

Cozy Cottage
This cottage was perfect for me and my 2 teenage kids. The shed with the beach equipment made our beach days so easy and convenient! We did make a Walmart stop for some goggles and a few extras to leave for the next guests! Thank you so much for an easy hassle free stay, it could not have gone smoother! Will definitely be checking this out again on our next Florida vacation!

Loved The Cottage & Location
Adorable cottage easy walking distance to beach and many other amenities. Clean, comfortable, quite, safe and had everything available. Beds were very comfortable and back yard was nice size for our dogs. The pictures posted of exterior are not current as neither the front or the back yards are as tree filled or green spaced as shown, but still worked just fine for us. We never left our dogs alone in rear yard as the gates were not secure enough, just to let others know. We loved staying here and will absolutely come again!!!

Cute cottage
This cottage is so cute - it has a vintage feel. It’s not very big but it had everything we needed. I wouldn’t recommend it for more that 4 people. Everything you could want for the beach was provided; umbrellas, coolers, chairs, floaters and wagons to cart it all to the beach. The location is fantastic! A short two block walk to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The only minor complaint is that it smelled a bit like smoke, especially the beach towels for some reason. I will definitely book again if I return to Madiera Beach!.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was nice to be in walking distance to the beach as well as Johns Pass. Everything was labeled nicely inside the cottage. Only thing I would like to have known beforehand was that there was cameras all over the property. I understand as an owner wanting that kind of security, but I don’t like the feeling of being watched. You also need to plan to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, which is fine I just feel that should be listed up front. Otherwise we throughly enjoyed our time here and would recommend if those things don’t bother you

It was a very nice little cottage and a quiet neighborhood. Walking distance To the beach and I mean, super close. The cottage, could Use a little updating but everything is there and it is nicely Labeled so you are able to find everything. John was awesome. We had an issue with my husband's dialysis machine. And he was very understanding and allowed us to check out a little late. We will be going back again. Oh, and no bugs! I did not have to worry about insect repellent at all. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer or bought the property LOL that's how much i loved it!

Great Summer place at the beach
I highly recommend this cute cottage if you're looking for a place to stay close to the beach. It's clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. Just a short walk across the street to Madiera beach. My husband and I plan on another vacation here again!

Christmas at the beach
We loved this place overall. Cute, spacious and centrally located. The bungalow could use some updating with kitchen supplies and newer furniture, but the beds were comfy. We were sorry that the weather didn’t allow us to avail of all the fun beach equipment supplied in the shed. Plenty of parking and the addition of the optional 1 bedroom bungalow add on made it perfect for our family.

1st retirement trip/remote work
Location, location, location. 2 blocks from the front door to the waters edge. 1 block off main drag (loud) and 1st St. is quiet. Love older, unique cottages and this one fit the bill. Picked the larger cottage because Lori worked part of the trip and it gave us plenty of room for everything. Plenty of room for 4 adults. The back patio, beach items, and the W/D were nice to have. Easy area to walk with plenty of eating, bars, and shopping within 1 mile. Lisa’s for brunch, Sweet Brewnet for coffee, & Dockside Dave’s for grouper. John was quick to respond before traveling, check in was simple, and we had no worries during our week stay. Would love to come back again. Beach was quiet, 1st St. was quiet, and John’s cottage was just right. Only problem was having to go back home to cold and snow.
