Tucked in the coast just two miles south of world-famous Clearwater Beach, the complex is a couple steps from the crystal-clear waters of the Gulf in the laidback secluded shoreline of Belleair Beach. Belleair Beach Club also boasts a beachfront pool with a spacious sundeck, lounge chairs, and 2 BBQ grills. Our calendar fills up fast, so be sure and book right away!

This Property is Dog Friendly!
-You must notify Jeff and Gina Properties in advance if you will be bringing a dog and include the Pet Fee in your reservation. Please also include breed and weight.
-1 dog under 25 pounds is allowed but dogs are not allowed on the beach (county regs).
-Pet fee is a minimum $125 fee or $125 per week or $275 per month, whichever is less.
-Dog-Friendly beaches include Bicentennial Park, Fort Desoto Park, and Boca Ciega Millennium Park.
-Puppies under 9 months are not allowed.
-Dogs breeds that are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiffs, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English -Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bulls (any mix), Presa Canarios, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog Hybrid.

Away from the crowds, the quiet beach provides the perfect place for melting your stress away in the warm Florida sunshine. This quaint small town offers features that some travelers may prize above all others - privacy, seclusion, and peace & quiet. With Clearwater Beach to the north and Indian Rocks Beach to the south, this location allows you to delight in local flavors such as the Columbia, Frenchy's, and Guppy's just to name a few.

The receive the military discount you must provide a copy of your military ID. The credit card used to book needs to be in the name of the person in the military.

Our rates reflect various costs involved in maintaining a rental property. These include expenses like electricity, HOA dues, upkeep, staff wages, mortgage, property insurance (which has quadrupled recently), and property taxes. For transparency, the annual property tax on this unit is currently $12,915. Properties on the beach come with added expenses, but we work hard to provide you with a great value for your vacation.
