Bring the ENTIRE family to this unique property. Free Bikes, free parking, outdoor grill, beach supplies, smart TVs, backyard lounge area, outdoor Jenga, hosts that go above and beyond to make sure you LOVE your stay. These are fully remodeled homes with modern kitchens, however maintain their charm. Walking distance to charming downtown Dunedin with plenty of shops/bars/breweries/restaurants/playgrounds. Walk two blocks to the ocean and watch the sunset over the gulf.

The front home features inside washer/dryer, new appliances, full kitchen and desk/highspeed internet. Two queen beds, dining/family room and two full bathrooms.

The smaller guest house has one queen sized bed, kitchen, living area, full bathroom and a fold down sofa. The sofa folds down to a twin bed and the coffee table lifts up to make "working from home" an ease. This listing rents the entire space. Three off street parking spaces available

Quick work stay
Nice clean little home just off of Pinellas trail and next to baseball stadium. At first, I thought it was a little far from downtown, but actually a very easy .5 mile walk! I would stay here again

The property is very clean and well equipped for cooking. Our questions or concerns were very quickly addressed. It was easy to communicate with the owner. Friends getaway
This was an adorable little cottage and perfect for 4 people. I love the beachy decorations and beautiful outdoor area. The kitchen has everything you need, beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. The location is perfect and loved walking the Pinellas Trail right outside the house leading to Downtown Dunedin. Would totally stay here again!

great access to downtown Dunedin. Lovely backyard. Shared with friendly guests in the back. VERY clean. Loved the couch and the kids toys. The snacks were a nice touch too when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again. Playground right across the street.

Little Gem
Our stay was very nice at this cute little gem in Dunedin! While not looking like much pulling in, the unit is very well appropriated and comfortable for a couple or even a small family. Right off of the Pinellas Trail the location is walkable to the downtown venues of the quaint little town.

Cute cottage
My sister and I had a great time during our stay. The host was very communicative and accommodating. We had everything we needed (shampoo/conditioner, coffee, beach towels, etc.). The house was perfectly located for us as we were there to go to the Blue Jays stadium, which is literally across the street. Also a quick walk to downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Being at walking distance from Main st and EV charger is a winning combination. They were so many nice details. Variety of coffee, cookies, hypoallergenic laundry detergent and bath soap. Modern appliances, microwave fridge, washer and dryer. Hosts followed up daily. Even the outside of the house is well preserved. We will be back!

Fantastic Girls Weekend
Denny's property was amazing and as advertised. Really close to everything without the hustle and bustle of the city. There are bikes and umbrellas and coolers and towels for use. We went to Caladesi island, Clearwater, and downtown Dunedin and travel was a breeze from this location. You'll love this little cottage. I recommend it!

The Cottage
When we arrived at the property I was given earlier the door combo so we were able to get in. It was very clean and inviting as you walked thru the door. The Kitchen was a gallery and a bit small but very nice and well equipped. We were impressed as a basket of snacks and some waters were on the counter for our use. We were never given snacks and it gave us a good feeling that our hostess cares and is very thoughtful. The area was quiet but we couldn't get much to watch on the TV.

Rolling with the Flow
This property was well represented online. There were so many thoughtful touches in addition to modern touches in decor. The location of the house to Home Plate Cafe and Pinellas trail was a big plus (& on-site parking!) I’m so glad we brought our bikes to explore. I highly recommend this property. Denay was quick to respond, and accommodated my several requests. Pretty much a ”Grand Slam”!

The house was cute with a perfect location right on the Pinellas Trail 5 min walk to Main St Dunedin with all of it's shops, breweries & restaurants. You can see the Toronto Blue Jays ball park from the front yard. Parking could have been confusing as there are two rentals on the same lot. Luckily the other building was not rented during our stay so the parking was not an issue.

Quick getaway to celebrate our daughter 's college graduation. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Denay was very responsive when I had questions and took care of us in a professional manner. The house is next to the Pinellas trail. We rode bikes everyday and walked into town. The Toronto Blue Jay stadium is across the street. We highly recommend the house and hope to return soon.

Great Stay
My husband and I just spent the month of March at Denay’s lovely home in Dunedin, Fl. From start to finish, our stay was wonderful. Our check in was very smooth. We arrived at night and there were lights on for us, which was nice. The home is beautiful, very clean and spacious and well equipped for a longer stay. The location can’t be beat. You are literally right next to the Pinellas trail and across the street from Blue Jays stadium and also a short walk to downtown. Denay is a superb host. She responds very quickly and addressed a few minor concerns that came up very promptly. She even sent us over a brand new Keurig coffee maker when we asked for one! We enjoyed many pleasant mornings sitting on the porch with our morning coffee. We also appreciated that her home is pet friendly. It was great to have our dog with us for the month. We would not hesitate to stay here again and we highly recommend Denay’s home to anyone looking for a great place in Dunedin.
