We love Indian Shores, and this condo was PERFECT for us-- clean, comfortable, well supplied, and great location. We had a lovely time and hope to rent this gem again.

Beach Get Away
We had a wonderful time and only regret is we wish we could have stayed longer. The condo is in a great location with close walk to Beach and access to a nice pool ! We would go back for sure.

Quick Family Trip to the Beach
This property is clean and adequately equipped. It is close to the beach- just a quick couple of minutes to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent and his response time was very quick. The property is close to many restaurants and is easy to get to from Tampa and easy access to St. Pete area.

Nice place to stay
The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The location isn't as busy as those to the north or south. The beach was just across the street. There is a little convenience store nearby and restaurants within walking distance. The only downside was that the pool was freezing cold, so we didn't get to use it. I would stay here again.

Great location! Good communication from owners. Had to do some cleaning, smell as if its been wet inside, and the popcorn was falling off the ceiling sometimes when you close the patio doors.

Simply Mahvelous! First, the communication was exceptional. It made everything else so much more enjoyable. Beautiful location. Walkable to very clean beaches. Great restaurants and shopping. The condo was beyond expectation! We WILL stay again…soon.

The property was sufficient for my family vacation. I would suggest room darkening curtains in the master bedroom. The master bathroom was small. Overall, it was just a few steps from the beach. The owner was always responsive and made great suggestions of where to eat or things to do.

An easy 5 minute walk and you’re on the beach! It’s a clean, no frills property. Older but well kept. Pool area was clean. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Neighborhood was quiet. Great 4 day weekend for us! We will be back!

Everything was perfect! The house was beautiful in every way. It was clean and had every accommodation you would need. The beach was just a minutes walk as it was presented, easy to go back and forth. The host was wonderful to work with. Honestly, just perfect. We highly recommend this rental and hope it will be available next time we come.

Nice property. Christopher was very prompt answering our questions. The 4th of July at the beach was great. Just a heads up with people who have trouble climbing stairs, there are 15 steps leading to the main floor and another 15 steps to the bedrooms.

Perfect location with quick walk across the street to the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood and unit is away from main road. Be aware that there are 2 sets of stairs from the ground level to the bedrooms with no elevator. Cable TV included on smart TVs in living room and both bedrooms.

Everything was wonderful. Only thing I would recommend is mopping the floors. Our feet were filthy and had to be washed each night unless we wore shoes in the unit.

A great place to stay!
This unit offered everything our family needed! The unit is clean and well stocked. It’s a 5 min walk or less to the beach. One nice thing is the beach access has no public parking so it’s not crowded. There is an on-site pool if you are tired of sand and plenty of restaurants to take a break from the sun. The host provides lots of beach supplies including a cart, boogie boards, floaters, chairs and umbrella.

Winter Getaway
We loved our stay in Indian Shores! The location was great: restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance or a short drive, beach just across the street, and Tampa and St Pete’s close by. The condo was well stocked. Just be prepared for steps which wasn’t a problem for us. Just a bit disappointed that the pool heater wasn’t working. Property concierge was quick to respond and owners were helpful too!

The facility is well-equipped, comfortable bed and appeared to have a fairly recent upgrade. It was not a problem for us, but there are a lot of steps which I don't recall were mentioned in the listing. The unit didn't have much of a view and, although it's location being close to beach was not within walking distance of many restaurants or any grocery/convenience stores.

Overall we were very comfortable at the property. Just a few minor suggestions: 1. It would be good to inform guests that beach towels are not provided so they would know to bring some. 2. Same suggestion with laundry detergent. 3. Parking is very scarce and the status of the spots at the pool is a bit unclear. However, your suggestions were helpful. 4. I was a little worried about the stairs, but they were not a problem. Positives: 1. Proximity to the beach. 2. Beautiful beach. 3. Kitchen equipment well provided. 4. Furniture comfortable; loved the extended sofa.. 5. Thermostat easy to operate. Comfortable temperature easy to control. We would definitely return. Loved the sea food restaurants.
