This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is located in the heart of Largo, which is a short 3.2 miles from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach and can accommodate 4 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook your favorite meals in and opens to the roomy living area with brand new furnishings and flat screen TV. There are sliding glass doors leading out to your own private screened in balcony, with seating for 2 that overlooks the beautifully manicured courtyard and large water fountain located in the living area.
Both of the large bedrooms offer queen-size platform beds and lots of room to spread out, with a full size ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo located in the primary bedroom. Another full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located in the main hallway and close to both bedrooms. The Fountains of Largo has ample parking in front of the condo and comes with 1 assigned parking spot and 1 guest spot, on a first come first serve basis and a large pool area along with ample seating. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are located in the condo.
Spend the day relaxing by the pool or take a short drive Indian Rocks Beach for the day! Many restaurants and shopping are located in close proximity to the condo also. Indian Rocks Beach is approx 3.2 miles away and just a few miles more to the North is Clearwater Beach and to the South you will find Johns Pass in Madeira Beach.
Arrival Instructions: Once your booking has been finalized, we will email you our contact information and specific instructions for pick up keys at our local office. Be sure to check your SPAM folder for our emails.
Self-Catering: The unit is being offered as a self-catering accommodation. The unit is stocked with enough basics to get you going for the first night. Should you run out of anything during your stay, you will need to provide your own supplies. Grocery stores and other shops are just a short drive away. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Wi-Fi and basic cable are provided at no additional cost. Beds are made up with fresh bed linen and bath towels are provided. The complex is equipped with a washer/dryer should you need to wash any clothes or linens during your stay. Housekeeping services are not provided on a day-to-day basis, so we have provided cleaning equipment to enable you to clean the floor and wipe any surfaces when needed during your stay. At the end of your stay, wash and put away any dishes, empty the fridge and cupboards and take the trash out to the bins before you leave. A minimum charge of $300 will apply for missing linens and/or housekeeping services that exceed normal use. A minimum charge of $1,000 will apply for smoking in the property.
Transportation: The unit is located approximately 20 miles from Tampa International Airport, and 12 miles from St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport. Ground transportation is available through ridesharing services, as well as Super Shuttle. Estimated taxi fare is $65 (one-way). Estimated Super Shuttle fare is $65 (one-way). Getting around Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley (PSTA) service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north) to Pass-A-Grille (south) and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd route.
Pet Policy: Pets are not permitted in vacation rentals unless arranged in advance. Any unapproved pet is prohibited and could result in eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. You are solely responsible for any damage or personal injury caused by your pet.
Accidental Damage Protection: INSURANCE as listed in Homeaway/-- "other charges" will cover up to $3,000 of unintentional damage to the rental unit that occurs during your stay. Intentional damage of damage that exceeds the maximum will be charged to the credit card on file. In lieu of the insurance a $2,000 damage deposit will be required upon final payment.
