Great experience renting the property. Perfect location with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was a short walk too. Would definitely book again when I return to Clearwater.

Beautiful place!
The townhouse was beautiful and spacious. The furnishings, beds and linens were nicest I’ve found in a vacation rental. 2 minutes walk to the beach and great restaurants, shops. It had a great beach view/ beautiful Sunset from the master bedroom and the dining room on 2nd floor. We enjoy staying at this house!

Great unit, perfect location
The unit is very nice, as pictured. Owner was helpful and welcoming, beds were comfortable, everything worked. Beach, bar, breakfast, convenience store, within 2 min walk. Just a little further south, maybe 10 min walk, a lot of shopping and restaurants, but the one block walk to the beach is peaceful and crosses no streets - the beach is fantastic. The balcony fits two easily, a third may stand, and overlooks a calm street, we spent a lot of time there. Clearwater Beach is a very chill town and it was easy to chill staying in this townhouse.

Great location
This place was great had everything you needed! Had chairs to take to the beach,a beach bag two fold out things to lay on and beach towels. Beach was steps away the little bar restaurant two blocks down had great food and drinks. We walked to breakfast and shopping was a great location and place. Nice parking if you rent a car. Nice quiet Street not congested like the rest of the streets. Host was great! I would say there over and over! Only suggestion is they need to supply a bigger/taller broom for clean up! lol otherwise great place with walking access to coffee , beach , food and shopping. Very comfortable place to stay!

Perfect Location (4th bedroom is a stretch)
My family and I really enjoyed this townhouse. Just a few steps (down a side road) to the beach. We pretty much walked the entire time we were there, much easier than dealing with parking. Everything is within 3/4 of a mile. It had everything we needed. The only thing I want to point out is that the 4th bedroom with the two twin beds is in the kitchen/living room. It's just 2 walls that were erected in a corner of the living room with a bunk bed. If you have littles in there they will be completely subjected to whatever is happening in the kitchen and living room after you put them to bed, almost equivalent to a hotel room. Not necessarily a deal breaker for some but if I had littles with me and that was the set up I would've wanted to know that upfront. All the other bedrooms are upstairs.

Long weekend
Was able to check in early (for additional $105). Place was clean and tidy except master BR shower curtain mold on bottom and rust on inside hanging part. Easy contact with host, very responsive and timely. Had enough TP, soaps for weekend. Did buy additional paper towels. Was actually on cool end in the entire house, pleasantly surprised at efficiency of air-conditioning. Very close walk to beach. 8am yelliw umbrellas go up on beach, $25 for whole day, cash. Through palm Pavillion (restaurant). Place does have beach chairs and towels. Beds were very comfortable.

Perfect place to stay in Clearwater
It was a weekend getaway thing for our family. My parents visited me from CA and I wanted to show them clearwater beach before they leave. We decided to stay over night at last minute, luckily I found this place. Really great location, not to noisy at night, no heavy traffic compare to those places near the beach entrance. Most of all, it literally took us like 2 minutes to go to the beach, of course by walking. The place is big enough for 2 families to stay, and kids’ bunk bed is a bonus. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.
