Great Stay at Coconut Villas!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Coconut Villas! The heated pool is heavenly surrounded by palm trees & warm breezes. The location of the condo is really great, beach is right across the street ,there is an awesome coffee shop down the block & good restaurants are close by. This is a great place for a relaxing vacation.

Ali’s unit has everything you could possibly want: location across the street from the beach, beach chairs, umbrella & kids water toys, pool outside the door, and every kitchen amenity possible. Restaurants within walking distance too.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay at Ali’s place! Great area to explore and the beach was lovely. Ali was wonderful and called to check in with us during our stay. The pool and pool area were great. Ali’s place was spotless, cute and felt like home. Thanks Ali and we hope to be back next year.

We love Coconut Villas!

This is our second spring break here. We stayed in a different unity in 2023 with a different owner but both years have been a blast. Clean & quiet place. We'll be booking again!

We have friends in the area so location was great. Very clean and fresh. The rooms, pool, etc were fresh with clean paint. Had great curb appeal. The rooms were very clean and accommodating.

We stayed for 7 nights and had a wonderful time. Everything you need to either stay at the heated pool or walk across the street to the beach. Very good communication with the owner on the few questions we had. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and other shopping options. Wonderful stay - thank you!

We did a mom & daughter trip with her roommate and her mom.

The location, the condo, the heated pool and our owner were better then I expected. It was very easy to find, close to so many restaurants and even our neighbors became our friends. We had a great time!

Great location, close to the beach!

Perfect location for us, enjoyed the pool and being so close to the beach. Everything was as noted in the listing. The wagon, beach chairs and towels we’re very handy. Great communication with host, was very nice to have two full bathrooms in the unit. Guests staying in other units were very friendly as well. We plan to stay here again in the future and would highly recommend.

Perfect Place for GETAWAY!

Quaint condo in a relaxing setting. Close yo everything with beach access directly across the street. Excellent service with the host. Could not ask for a better place for girls weekend!

Great Place

Location was great, right across the street from public access. Probably not the best location for smokers though, as you cannot smoke inside the the pool area. Also, there is no extra parking for visitors, there is one assigned parking spot per condo. We would have booked again for next year, but we got beat to it for next year. We really enjoyed the place.

I thought to it to be clean and charming.Eveything we needed for the beach and pool was available for our use. A quiet and comfortable place. Pots and pans and dishes were plentiful and nice. If I come back to the area I would like to book this unit again!

Beautiful Staycation!!

Ali's condo was amazing, very clean and had everything you would need to feel right at home. The whole building was awesome and everyone was friendly and the neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors friendly as well. The pool was right outside the front door of the unit and the beach access was an easy walk straight across Gulf Blvd. Would stay again next year!!

Couldn’t have been happier about this stay! Condo was great and the pool was even better! Ali was an awesome host and very good about communicating everything to us! I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! We even left our kindle behind and Ali is kind enough to mail it back to us! 5 stars!
