DURING YOUR VISIT: Check-in is 4pm.
1. No smoking in the premises.
2. People other than those in the guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of the guest.
3. This house is privately owned. As such, the owners and property manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
The homeowners and property manager are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended use(s).
6. There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
If you need maid service during your stay please let me know ahead of time.
7. No children are permitted in the swimming pool/hot tub at any time without adult supervision.
8. No refunds will be given for storms.
9. Do not move the furniture.
10. Do not do your laundry with ours, please always wash and dry your belongings separate from our linens.
DEPARTURE NOTICE Check out is 11:00 A.M. Always adhere to check in times to allow our crew time to clean, unless previous arrangements were made.
1. Remove all garbage to outside trash bins. (Tuesday AM is pick up day)
2. Load and run the dishwasher.
3. Turn off lights.
4. Return extra house keys. Ensure the lockbox and keys are in place. There must be an entry key in the lockbox when you depart.
5. Close and lock all outside doors and windows.
Your damage deposit will NOT be charged provided the following contract agreement provisions are met.
1. Number of occupants does not exceed the rental contract.
2. Check in/out according to times arranged, unless previous arrangements were made.
3. No damage to building furniture or appliances.
4. The departure checklist is completed satisfactorily.
5. Responsible adult over the age of 25 years renting property present during the entire visit.
