Clearwater getaway
The place was very nice and clean. Only problem is it is hot. AC is non adjustable set at 75 and the upstairs bedrooms were really hot.

We stayed with members of 5 generations of our family from Christmas through New Years (total 18 of us in two units). The units were beautiful as expected from posting. We had everything we needed and all had excellent time. We’ve stayed at many rentals and this is one of the best. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you!

Great place, great location, as described in the listing
Everything was as advertised, host company and their reps did a nice job of communicating. Unit has 2 balconies, the larger seats 3 and a 4th chair could be added, we had a small beach chair. The pictures show the smaller balcony more, but there is the slightly larger one also. The place was clean and well kept, location os fantastic with Frenchys and the Palm, as well as a couple bars all just a block or two south of the unit, and just a block or so further os the center of town with many shopping and eating options. Beach is literally around the corner.

Great location and that's it.
Not worth the money - looks like it was put together with junk from a garage sale. So called porch was disgusting - there was a table cloth covering one of couches or futon or whatever it was!!! Broken washer - not enough towels and no extra sheets or pillow cases that I could find. Very poorly equipped. Good things were it was close to the beach and the town...

Location is excellent!
We really enjoyed our stay but with all grown men in our 50's and 60's the rooms other than the master were a little tight. We were a group of 6 and one guy ended up on the sofa but it was comfortable. We walked to many locations and had a rental van that was parked off street in the back of building. Excellent cleaning to entire unit prior to our arrival. JR was extremely responsive for one minor issue and solved my problem immediately. Kitchen was well stocked with pots,pans, plates, glasses coffee cups etc. There are a lot of stairs to climb for little children or older folks to be aware of but no issue for our group. Key less combination door lock was great feature for people coming and going at different times. This is meant to be informational because we had a great time and hope to go back in the future. JS

Location was great! Walked most everywhere and beach access was close.....Decorated appropriate for beach.....Parking was non-existent. Crazy for a rental for 6-8 to have 1 parking spot. Got 2 parking tix....No closets except master BR, very few mirrors, ladies had to use mirror on their compacts or use their phone cameras flipped around. One supposed BR which must of been an office before did not have a wall all the way to the ceiling so late night TV watching meant little sleep for those in that room. We made do but would not rent this again with more than 4 people....waaaayyyyy to cramped for more than that!! And parking????Sheesh!!!!

Great location
It was a great location. Located right on Mandalay and not even a block to beach access. Rooms were clean and we were supplied with most anything we would need for a stay: moderate kitchen wares, towels, soaps... The fan and lighting system were a bit odd with the remotes but we figured it out. The living space is quite big, wish the TV was a little bigger. We had to pull chairs to get a better view on the TV (brought a Switch to mess with on the downtime). Property owner/ manager was very responsive. Overall a great stay.

perfect beach location
Very clean property. This was an ideal beach location with close walking to all the eating and shopping near the pier- overall it was a great place to stay. Everything the property owner could control would be a 5 star. The only downside was that both nights we were there, parties were going on in other nearby units with loud music and people singing/yelling/having a great time until 3am+ so it was hard to sleep. I was a little surprised it didn't get shut down, but then again, I didn't get out of bed to call it in.

The townhouse was perfect for our group of seven. Location was one block from beach, restaurants, shops etc,……. Perfect!!! Kitchen well stocked with everything and there were working desk with comfortable chair on the first floor that was very helpful as well! We will return.
