The majority of shops, restaurants, and bars of John's Pass Village have completed renovations, are open, and offering significant discounts and specials as the area recovers. This spacious studio condo is located along the award winning beaches of St. Pete Beach, and just a short walk over to some great restaurants, shops, and activities. Leave the car at home if you choose, and come to relax and enjoy a perfect spot in paradise. Everything is close-by!

The beautifully maintained grounds feature a large heated beachfront swimming pool with plenty of space to relax, shuffleboard court, BBQ grills, and a lush tropical landscape. You'll wake each morning to views of the beach and water from the condo windows, or expansive views of the lush grounds from the walk-out private balcony.

We had a great time. The property couldn't be any closer to the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants, yet very quiet at night. The place was clean and very nicely furnished. Will rent this property again.

Such a cute, clean, well equipped condo. Perfect for two people. Felt very safe and loved walking out the door and right over to the beach. Also lots of beachside restaurants close or easy to get an Uber. Will stay again!

Perfect Location
Loved this place. We were able to walk to the beach, convenience store, many bars and restaurants, Corey Ave Sunday Market, and to beautiful sunsets. Cooked several meals in and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed hanging out at the pool! My favorite part was opening the window by the table and having my morning coffee with a view of the ocean!
