Private and secluded, waterfront "boathouse" on the 2nd floor, with a large balcony & outstanding views of the intercoastal waterway. There's also an outside dining and seating area near the bottom entrance of this unit, directly overlooking the water. Ideal for couples and families, hosts up to 6 people. Come and stay with us for that perfect relaxing holiday experience! Less than a two-minute walk to the beautiful Indian Shores Beach access with the white sandy shores. Only 30 minutes from Downtown St Petersburg, watch a Rays games or Rowdies game during your visit. Bus and Trolley stops are located conveniently along Gulf Blvd.
Enjoy the peace & quiet of this unique location, within walking distance to local amenities, including Indian Shores landmark bar and restaurant "Caddy's Waterfront Dining", famous for having the best fresh seafood, live music, and amazing service. Enjoy a meal and drinks while you watch the boats go by.
Kitchen: Large kitchen with everything you need! Fridge and freezer combo with water and ice dispenser, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee pods are not always available.
Dining Area: A six-top dining table.
Living Area: Sofa, sitting chair, flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and sliding glass door leading out to the balcony looking over the intercoastal.
Bedrooms #1 & #2: Each bedroom has a Queen-size bed, dressers, walk-in closets, and a flat-screen TV.
Bathroom #1: Full bath with tub and shower combo.
Bathroom #2: Three-quarter bath with standing shower. No tub.
Laundry: Full-sized washer and dryer in the hallway.
Outdoors: Patio with 6-top outdoor dining table.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Pet Policy: We can accept 1 small dog ONLY that weighs 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.
Parking: This unit accommodates 2 parking spaces underneath the light blue building next door. A parking pass is required.

Within the quaint town of Indian Shores, you will find some of the best local restaurants, ice cream shops, coffee shops, and local beachwear shops as well as fiery sunsets. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, pristine beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US. Just to the North is the cute town of Indian Rocks Beach featuring many local shops and stops. Mc Gough Nature Park is just over the main bridge, Walsingham Bridge and the park features wildlife such as owls, bald eagles, hawks, turtles, and more.
Walking trails, playground with zipline, shelter houses, and restrooms. Local orange store Yellowbanks is just up the road from this park, it has Florida-grown citruses, juices, and fresh orange ice cream. The surrounding local area has some great day trips: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
