The Cottages at Madeira Beach are a hard to find treasure across from the Gulf of Mexico. This delightful complex is located just steps from the white sandy beach of Madeira Beach. There are 7 single home style cottages arranged in a quaint, well maintained courtyard. Each cottage has its own little patio and a parking spot. There is also a full kitchen in each unit, along with a full bathroom and open living space. Free WiFi is also provided. A beautiful heated pool with spa jets and a BBQ area are located at the opposite end of the property. The pool side tiki huts provide shade and are great for gatherings, playing games or just relaxing. Two sets of washers and dryers are available, as well as a shared shed storing some beach chairs and beach toys for your convenience. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet yet conveniently located home away from home...You've just found your little piece of paradise!!

Our family of four very much enjoyed our trip to the octopus cottages. The pool area was very clean and the other guests were so kind to my children. The privacy and the parking lot was excellent for games and dining outside. The mad beach Cantina around the corner was fantastic and within walking distance. The cottage was safe and had everything we needed. We hope to return in the summer!

Wonderful location. Close to everything yet the neighborhood was quiet. They were in the middle of some landscaping/repairs. Other than that is was just as described.

Cute Cottage
We were looking for a short getaway after a wedding we attended in Orlando that wouldn’t break the bank. This place had what we needed at a great price. Close to the areas we love to visit and right across from the beach. It says no beach gear provided but I saw some in the laundry room that I wish I would have noticed sooner. I’m guessing things people have left behind. Pool was refreshing and the general vibe was quiet and comfortable. Thanks!

Unacceptable Temperatures
We arrived on Saturday Christmas Eve to no heat. The wall unit wasn't working properly. We were informed that they could not get anyone out until Monday to service the unit. So after searching the cottage we did find an oil heater in the closet that we were able to use to heat the cottage during the two cold days and nights. Luckily the weather warmed up so the heat wasn't an issue on Monday but then the air became an issue. The air wasn't working properly either so at one point the temperature was 78 in the cottage so we were afraid to leave our pet alone due to the possible rise in heat. Luckily there was one ceiling fan that circulated the air along with raising the windows but the temperature never got below 72 which is also unacceptable. Upon a closer inspection of the wall unit, it appeared to us that it had not been serviced in a long time due to the nastiness which is also unacceptable. This issue could have easily been prevented with regular maintenance and inspection of the wall unit. I expect things to be in working order when I pay to rent a place and that isn't the case with this property which was highly disappointing to us.
