Beautiful, 4 bedroom waterfront home, minutes walk to the beach, private pool!

This beautiful multistory home is located on the intercostal and is within 10 min walking distance to the beach with an extensive variety of restaurants and bars, most within walking distance.
The home has been newly remodeled. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cook a family dinner as well as coffee maker and Keurig and water kettle (for a nice cup of tea). We provide complimentary coffee for your use. The kitchen is equipped with every kind of spice you may need!
The home boasts a large pool overlooking the intercostal with plenty of space for relaxing and cooking out on the BBQ.
The home has amazing views of the water; relax and spend time watching the boats, dolphins, pelicans and wildlife go by, or set off in the two kayaks that we have available for you to use, at your leisure.
The location of this home makes it a much sought after vacation spot which, after experiencing the view it has to offer, you will never want to leave.
Please note the ground floor bedroom that is off of the pool area, does not have heating, but, should you need it in the cooler weeks we may get (yes we get the odd few days or so), there is a space heater for use and works very well. This room also has a wall A/C unit for the hot months which also works well.
The pool is currently not heated.

What’s included!

Use of 2 kayaks, a couple of fishing rods, you may want to try your hand at fishing!

We do provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and wagon for use. We also have a variety of coolers. There is a small umbrella stroller, a pack and play and a portable high chair that attaches to the kitchen chairs.

The linen closet is stocked with extra sheets, clean towels, and blankets. We have two inflatable twin beds for use if needed.

The kitchen is fully stocked with 12 piece tableware set, pots and pans for cooking, toaster, water kettle, keurig machine and coffee maker. We have a vast array of spices for cooking.
BBQ grill.

There is a refrigerator and kitchenette type area on the lower level by the pool, perfect for access when out by the pool or for guests staying in the lower level bedroom, as well as a full bathroom.

We had a wonderful stay in IRB! The house is on a quiet cal-de-sac and there are lots of restaurants and the beach within walking distance. The house is fully stocked with kitchen appliances and gadgets. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and great location! We were even able to kayak with two dolphins that swam thru the canal. Hosts were amazing very quick to get back to us with any questions we had. Restaurants near by were excellent! The beach was perfect and a great nature park across the bridge was a must visit!❤️

House was exactly as pictured - spectacular views of the water, huge pool and very clean, recently renovated home. Easy 5 min walk to beach and downtown. Owners were very responsive. Nice home with everything you need for an enjoyable beach experience. We were able to walk to the beach and restaurants on a daily basis. The pool is beautiful and many hours were enjoyed in it. You won’t be disappointed.

The house had everything we needed. Only complaint would be large boat on lift at dock so hard to enjoy the water or fish off the back of dock. The house was very clean and and inviting.

This house is awesome! It has everything! We loved the pool and patio area!
The house was so well stocked with everything you might need! The location is wonderful! The house was very clean with lots of room. Scott and Michelle were awesome, and so accommodating. This was the best house we have ever gotten through vrbo. Hopefully we will be returning next year to spend another week there.

Better than home
This beautiful home is right on the bay and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It has pool toys, sand toys, a wagon & chairs for the beach, an umbrella stroller (long walk in the heat for little ones), sunscreen, bug spray, etc! Made our packing much easier and the owner is very friendly & accomodating. Great neighborhood, comfy beds, very clean, & a great pool for multiple people! You have to see this place in person to truly appreciate!

Beach Vacay with Baby
House is nice with big functional kitchen and kitchen table. We couldn’t let the baby out on the deck though because the railings are a bit wide apart so I wouldn’t recommend it for young kids. Everything else was super functional nice big fridge raider, brand, new washer, and dryer plenty of chairs and beach towels for the beach, which was super close, and really nice. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Family Christmas Vacation
This property was absolutely amazing. The house was immaculate and we felt right at home the entire time. It is walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants! It was too cold to get in the pool but laying out by the pool was one of my favorite things. They have anything and everything you need to enjoy beach and pool activities. They were well stocked with kitchen appliances when we wanted to have a meal at home. The view from the back deck was picture perfect. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a great stay!

Scott and Michelle were great hosts. Property had everything we needed, including beach/pool gear and kitchen necessities. Location was perfect, just a quick walk to the beach, restaurants/bars. Listing says unheated pool but it was plenty warm for swimming in March! Our four kids aged 9-13 also loved the house, very large pool, and the beach. I would recommend Indian Rocks Beach and this property. Hopefully will be back!

We were a party of 5 adults. Loved the house. Comfortable, clean and best stocked kitchen I have experienced. Enjoyed the location so much. Used the kayaks every day, easy to launch from the dock. Usually saw dolphins. Appx. 4 block walk to ocean. Walked to Crabby Bills many times for a drink and live music. Number of restaurants within walking distance. Owners were extremely responsive and easy to communicate with.

Wonderful Week!
This house had everything we needed and more! I cannot begin to describe how perfect the location is. We saw dolphins, a manatee, kayaked and walked to the beach each day. So many restaurants and things to do in the area! We loved Johns Pass and waterfront restaurants in St. Pete. However, the beach access at 5th Ave. just a short walk away was our favorite! Oh and the BEACH SUPPLIES!!! Wagon, chairs, umbrellas and more! This made things so easy and set the house apart from others. Both Scott and his wife were so easy to work with and so helpful. We will be back!
