Comfy and cozy home
Just returned from another great week in this lovely home. Our son and his family live in nearby Dunedin and we stayed here the first time in November 2016. The location is perfect, as it is nearby to Clearwater beaches, Honeymoon Island, but yet away from all of the crowds. Will definitely return again.

Beautiful Home, Close to Favorite Beach
My two daughters and I enjoyed our stay in this beautifully remodeled home. The home is very comfortable and the owner (Olivia) checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The hot tub and outdoor covered patio were a real treat. The home is located close to our favorite beach (Honeymoon Park) and our favorite Thai restaurant. I highly recommend this rental. T. Ryker

Perfect...as usual
This is our third time staying here and as before it was great. Olivia and Jimmy have created a lovely setting, both inside and outside to insure you have a wonderful stay. This property was ideal location . Although the house needed general maintenance . Swim Spa was very dirty, The beds were very wore out and very uncomfortable and general cleanliness of house was poor, needed a good deep clean.

Cozy and fun home
The house was tidy, clean, fully stocked, and beautifully decorated with beach theme. It had fun amenities such as putt-putt-golf, hot tub, grill, beach chairs. There was plenty of outdoor seating: cushioned chairs under a gazebo, lounge chairs, and covered dining table. Perfect home if you love outdoor living! Inside, we had plenty of cooking supplies and utensils, upgraded appliances, bedding, towels, toilet paper, etc. TV in living room and both bedrooms! Super easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend this home for beach holidays or family reunions!

Perfection!
For anyone wishing to stay in a Florida vacation rental that doesn't feel like and look like a cheesy Florida rental (you know - bamboo furniture, pastel prints from the 70s etc) then this is the rental for you! It is by far the most beautifully decorated home we've ever rented. It's a small space, but every nook and cranny is smartly utilized. My husband and 2 adult sons stayed here and did not feel crowded. The bonus and what made this a truly special place is the backyard, however. The hot tub was the perfect way to wind down our evenings. We loved the outdoor living room and spent time out there throughout the day. It quickly became our gathering place to hang out drinking coffee in the morning, reading in the afternoon and chilling with cocktails in the evening. I'm actually taking inspiration from it for our own home. Olivia, the homeowner, couldn't be any lovelier and gracious. Their family lives next door, but were never intrusive. And finally, for our purposes, the location was perfect. It was exactly halfway between my mom''s home in Palm Harbor and all the outdoor activities on the water. We'll definitely be back!

Lovely home with fun amenities
My husband and I, along with our daughter and my parents had a great stay at this beautiful home. We loved the fun beach- themed decor, modern appliances and TVs, fully stocked kitchen, and plentiful outdoor dining and lounging seating, putt-putt golf, grill, swim spa in the spacious back yard. We had easy procedures for check-in and check-out. And owners/property managers were readily available. What a fun stay!

Wonderful!
This was our third winter trip to the Palm Harbor/Clearwater area, and we believe we have found our home away from home. This property was that comfortable. Clean, nicely appointed, and the location was perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet and it is walking distance to a number of eating and drinking establishments as well as the Pinellas Trail! The backyard is private with the swim spa (well worth having heated), fireplace and large gazebo make it very relaxing to just hang out. And the owner is quick to respond to any concerns! We will be back.

The perfect home away from home!
We LOVED our stay! The location is perfect and the home is so inviting. The home was very clean, decor is beachy, everything is updated. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, watching the cute little lizards. Relaxing in the swim spa was an added bonus! Olivia was immediately available to answer any questions, she gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great outdoor area
My husband and I stayed here for one week. We enjoyed the Pinellas Bike Trail, Clearwater Beach and Dog Beach at Honeymoon State Park. The home was very clean and bathrooms modern. The neighborhood was very quiet. Beds were comfortable and kitchen space easy to cook in. The outdoor space was the best, from the hot tub, gazebo lounging, to the deck table for eating! We loved being outside. Hot tub heating is extra $$ a week. Make sure to discuss with Olivia what the temperature it should be set at before you arrive. That way it will be available for use the day you check in. Olivia was extremely receptive to any concerns I had. She was very happy to help. (Though most renters do not want to bother with questions, so the more information the owner leaves, the better for everyone) Information on how to use the spa and outdoor grill would have been helpful.

Great house
Olivia was super friendly and easy to work with. She was very prompt in answering any questions. This is a beautiful house with a fun backyard. We enjoyed the hot tub daily and the outdoor fireplace was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again if in the area!!! You will not be disappointed.

Perfect place!
Upon arrival I found the house to be exceptionally clean and inviting. I had several guests during my time there, and all felt the same! I was especially pleased with the ease of reaching the property manager and any small issues were dealt with in a timely manner. The location and the outdoor space only added to my enjoyment of my stay. I absolutely will be visiting there again!
