A Short Term Rental

Experience the ultimate beach vacation at the Beachcomber Beach House - a stunning short-term rental just steps away from the pristine white sands. From the front door, you're only a few short steps to the white sugar sands of Clearwater Beach, rated America's #1 beach several years in a row! You're also walking distance to the Clearwater Beach community recreation center, where you'll find a community pool, tennis courts, and more. The community pool is open to all during the summer months for a low admission fee. Our beautiful rental has been thoughtfully decorated and furnished with the beach traveler in mind, providing you with the utmost comfort and relaxation during your stay. Whether you want to bask in the sun, hit the waves, or simply sink your toes in the soft sand, the Beachcomber Beach House is the perfect destination to create unforgettable memories that will last a lifetime.

For larger groups, an optional add-on is available to rent the casita at the rear of the property. This includes an additional queen sofa-sleeper bed, full bathroom, and full kitchen (subject to availability).

To secure your booking, a valid ID and signed electronic rental agreement are required. Please note that the minimum age requirement to rent the Beachcomber Beach House is 25.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beachcomber. The house itself was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. The only thing that was not stated clearly in the details that the pool is actually at the rec center two blocks down. Very nice pool. Overall we would stay here again. It was very nice area close to everything and steps from the beach.

The Beachcomber is a very old Florida style house that is truly steps away from the sugar sand of Clearwater Beach. There is considerable hurricane damage in the area, but not on this property that we could see. It has two queen beds, so depending on what you need it was comfortable to sleep four, plus two couches that were comfortable enough. The house was spotless, and the one minor issue we found they were super responsive to. No complaints.would definitely stay at the property again-

Property was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles and parking is a premium throughout Clearwater Beach. 1 minute walk to the beach and short walks to great dining and shopping options. Out pet Cockapoo was welcome which was a priority for us to find a suitable property so we could bring her along. :)

The house was nice and clean, great location! Everything we wanted to do was withing walking distance. We had issues with the code on the door but called and it was fixed right away. the internet did not work for us but we really didn't need it. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Exactly What I Expected
The house was exactly as I expected. It was very clean with a spacious living area. Best of all it was just steps from the beach, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the stay. The location is perfect for everything. Walk to beach is amazing. Love the set up of the house. Plenty of room for everyone. We will be back next year for sure! We had issues with the apartment tv. That tv never worked for us and we hated that for the family member staying there. That was the only hiccup with our stay!

Family trip
We loved this property and the location to the beach and restaurants. When looking at this property and what they provide they didn't have anything "extra" listed. I called about chairs and was told they don't have beach chairs. Flying to Fla., so we packed a small travel iron, hair dryer, and bought 2 chairs when we arrived. This house did have all the things listed above. We travel a lot and rent houses, it would be great if you could let travelers know the extras that the house has to offer.

ONLY HAS 2 BEDROOMS
I would have given this place a 5 star, but it was listed as 3 bedrooms and it only has 2! There were 7 of us (all adults and one 15 year old) so this was a very uncomfortable sleep for a few of the people. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed in each and then the rest is 2 couches, 1 of which is a sofa sleeper. I'm guessing they are counting the living room as a bedroom since it has a sofa sleeper in it. But that is not right to list it as a bedroom.

Great stay
We had never been to Clearwater beach before and weren't sure what to expect. We had a great vacation. This unit sounded good, but we were a little worried about one very negative review. Not sure what that person was talking about. The unit was very nice, clean, and a 30 second walk to the beach. The second house in back was small, but also nice and good for one of our family members. We noticed a leaking pipe outside and called the property manager. They were over in 15 minutes and the problem was solved within an hour. The location is great - a quieter area of the beautiful beach and a 3 block walk to a bunch of good restaurants. The online listing was very accurate, except it actually had a washer and dryer that wasn't listed in the description, so a nice surprise. Would highly recommend if this is the kind of place you are looking for.
