Our Huge 22,000-gallon pool is the highlight of a sumptuous home that has it all! The kids will fall in love with the crystal clear pool with a deep end of 9 feet! Why Not have a resort-style pool that is big enough for your whole family? Noodles, Rafts, and Beach and Lounge chairs are waiting!

Guests love the quiet, safe, high-end neighborhood, only 2 miles to the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, 3 miles to Madeira Beach, 7 miles to Clearwater Beach, and 17 miles to dog lovers' Honeymoon Island Beach!! Treat your family to a stunning West Coast sunset on a different beach every night!

Our spacious 5-bedroom Beach home is perfect for Family or Friend groups! Each spacious bedroom offers complete privacy, is tastefully decorated, and is equipped with a Smart TV. Stunning White Pearl 24-inch Porcelain Tile throughout the home will take your breath away. Two king beds, two queen beds, standard trundle beds, and two couches make out into beds. The spacious garage was re-made into an air-conditioned game room extraordinaire with its sleeping area, full bathroom, and shower. Freshly painted in a calming baby blue, the pool table, foosball, darts, and board games will keep the kids occupied for hours!

The huge Solar-Heated Pool (22000 gallons) attaches to a spacious, newly tiled lanai with a tiki bar and comfy beach furniture for congregating, playing music, or sharing cocktails. A 6-person Hot Tub is available for a small added fee of $250. We added an outdoor shower and full bath so you can shower off the sand and conveniently reach a bathroom while enjoying the outdoor amenities.

Our Huge, fully fenced yard is dog-friendly and has its own White Sand Beach. We provide Beach toys, beach, lounge chairs, and a fire pit! Enjoy bocce ball, tether ball, pickleball, horseshoes, cornhole, and mini-golf! We have ensured your dog has a blast, too, and is completely safe.

A huge gazebo/Tiki Bar in the backyard is perfect for outdoor entertainment. The Gazebo includes an outdoor kitchen, grill, visiting area, and outdoor TV. The cozy sandy beach firepit with Beach Chairs is perfect for story-telling or smores!

The Gigantic Back Yard is Fully Fenced, Kid and Pet-Friendly, with a Private Sandy Beach! Sink your toes in White Sand, and it's like you never left the Beach! Ample Parking for six cars, a boat, and a 50amp hook-up for your RV!

We are Only Minutes from Famous Walsingham Park, Pinellas Trail, Splash Harbor Waterpark, Indian Rocks Beach, Madeira Beach, Clearwater Beach, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, and Busch Gardens (27 miles). We are also close to Shopping, Dining, Nightlife, and Attractions.

If you need extra space, please don't hesitate to let us know. We could arrange a private detached bunker house with a sleeping capacity for up to six people for an additional nightly fee.

We arrived just as a tropical storm was hitting Clearwater. The winds raged outside but inside the house was peaceful. The pool in the backyard remained clear of debris thanks to the screen. My family of 5, both my parents and brother vacationed at this location for.a week. The layout allowed privacy, the back yard was loaded with fun activities. We spent time in the game room playing video games and football. Pleased with the cleanliness of the house,the laundry facilities and location of the home. I highly recommend Joseph’s homes. We’ve stayed at two and have been satisfied.

Where to begin, The host Joe was upfront about the dishwasher not working properly wasn’t a big issue for me cause he stated he was calling in for service but that service didn’t come until Wednesday. meantime we could only use one side of the sink. the fridge was another issue that needed to be addressed as well kept us up a few nights with the loud noises. The bathroom in the garage nor the outside bathroom has no air flow whatsoever in them. Other than those issues that were addressed with the hostess it was a great stay. The mattresses all slept great except the futon bed in the bunk house once you found your spot it was good lol loved the air conditioning in there. We loved the pool and outside sitting area. Overall for me it was a great vacation with my family.

Great Family Friendly Vacation Home
We were very pleased with this lovely vacation home. There was so much for the children to do. They loved waking up and jumping in the pool and hot tub. They loved the game room. Nice layout of the bedrooms for several families. The owner Joseph was very responsive. Lots of baby equipment also. An Umbrella and chairs for the beach. Perfect location for the wedding we attended on the beach. Everything we needed! Very grateful for the wonderful hospitality.

Great Location & Home has Everything you need!!
Comfortable and quiet in a nice walkable neighborhood close to a beautiful park. Short drive to beaches, great restaurants, shopping. Zero issues, this home is loaded with everything you could possibly need to put on a grand dinner party . Would definitely return and recommend. This house was absolutely beautiful! Joesph was very responsive and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

1st family vaca
Being so close to the beaches was nice. Most beach access has a small drive with a couple public parking signs that we used or pay to park at a larger public beach. The house was large for both my kids and my sisters to play but a tad outdated and the master bed mattress very uncomfortable. The other beds were ok. The kids liked the area and hammock but got board easy. They really wanted a heated pool but the pool was so cold they could barley swim more then 5 mins at a time. On arrival the hot tub was half full of water and freezing as well and ended up needed a part and never worked the whole time we were there. The PM did refund the 250 paid for hot tub but that was only right and ww were so disheartened about it cause nights were 55 to 60 and chilly and we booked thos house only for the hot tub and pool. The space and game room is a added plus but we would have taken a tiny house as long as pool and hot tub were working for the 5 kids. The k cup coffee would not work w k cups and we weren't told till after we bought some that we needed to use the refillable one. The neighborhood was nice and located in convenient area.

We came here for a family reunion. I was 110% satisfied. Home was very clean, host was very responsive and accommodating. There were plenty of space for everybody. Outdoor swimming pool hits the mark. Everybody had an amazing time. I will definitely book properties with this host again.

We were visiting my husbands father who was turning 100.
The property was nice and clean. It was just fine for our family. We had two 3 year olds that loved the sand. The only negative comment I could make is that it is not 5 bedrooms and it is not 3 baths, the BR has no air and no closet. The 3rd bath is outside the residence.

It suited our needs and was convenient to most of the places we had to go. There were a few problems, but nothing that left us feeling like it messed up our stay. We did have to buy a coffee maker (not a fan of a Keurig) which we just left as a gift and also a blender (for our Pina Coladas) overall it was what we we were hoping for. Great last minute find
We decided a bit late to take this spring beak trip and found this property. We usually like to stay on the beach but had been watching the red tide situation and were concerned about being too close if it did not clear up. It did clear up however and the beaches were great. Joseph was very responsive and helpful during our stay. Only an easy 8 minutes from the beach with grocery's and other shops very close but away from the heavy tourist traffic, the location was great for our group. Id like to see the landscape completed however this did not affect our stay and we were told ahead of time that it was still being completed. Plenty of room and the price was right. With some minor finishing touches I would rent again for sure.

Great family gathering place
Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. While the house has some decided quirks, and a few maintenance opportunities, it had everything we needed. Two things we saw as having been oversold a wee bit . The third bathroom is only accessible from the outside. We found it by chance on our second day. Also, what we thought was a heated pool, wasn’t. It all worked anyway. Oh, and let me not forget - this place has a really cool backyard. Perfect for any kind of gathering.
